AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! They lied and mislead without any hesitation. I was interested in a new vehicle they listed on cars.com, though the dealership website price was They lied and mislead without any hesitation. I was interested in a new vehicle they listed on cars.com, though the dealership website price was $2000 higher. I called to ask about the discrepancy, and was told there was a "glitch" in the system, but they "will honor the cars.com price if I take a screenshot." I asked if there are any other fees/charges added to the cars.com price, and was told only a $450 "pulsing brake light" would be added. After requesting the purchase agreement in writing multiple times, they send it with an "Accessories" line totalling $2,594! When I questioned this, the con artist/salesman said he was "mistaken" about what he told me earlier, the "pulsing brake light" actually cost $599, and they always automatically add $1,995 for "Zeibart protection" that can't be removed. The people at this dealership would LIE to Mother Teresa herself if it meant they could make a few extra bucks. Responding to my Google review, the owner falsely claimed there is "no misleading", they will "always honor our online price" and "all accessories are optional". I have written proof that the dealership refused to honor their online price and refused to remove these ridiculous overpriced accessories. Their written response to me..."Talked to my manager. Unfortunately, at this time we are going to pass on this deal. I appreciate your time WE JUST CAN'T TAKE ZIEBART OUT OF THE DEAL AT THIS TIME." But it gets better...In response to my BBB review, the owner claimed that "all online postings "note" that we pre install pulse for $599 and its stated in the notes that Ziebart is optional." These loopholes were NOT there when I was searching for the vehicle. The dealership only added these notes AFTER my unfavorable reviews! I have proof of this, as I accessed the old cached web pages, which did NOT include that information. More
I had my eye on this beautiful Trailblazer for awhile, and at one point Chad had approached us on the lot and he told us to let him know when we were serious. Purchased a used truck from this dealership. Was told that an issue found during Test drive would be taken care of when I picked up the truck 4 days later. Was told it was ready to pick up and fueled up... it had LESS than 1/4 tank of fuel...Was advertised as HOME Of THE USED CAR WARRANTY... Apparently the truck did not meet their guidelines even though advertised otherwise and they were NOT willing to negotiate. This was NOT the case and NOT offered any other options. Was not told the truck only came with 1 key. When l picked up the truck, Was told by an employee, that the dealer would either find the 2nd key or they would "make it right"... Was told the have a key person that would POSSIBLY give ME a discount on a new key... I guess that's how they "make it right"... Lol...I am NOT a satisfied customer... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND seeing how there are multiple other dealers to choose from.on a good note, Sales person Chris Foxx was a very polite employee and was a pleasure to work with. I believe the issues stated above were beyond his control other than not being informed about the 1 key issue. More
Purchased a 2017 Chevy Tahoe Premier on July 1st, 2020. No issues, garage kept and well maintained. This morning July 9th 2024 my ac started hissing and blowing hot air. Took to the shop they said extended warranty I purchased for $3200 would cover it. Called Chevrolet of Troy, (formally Joe Johnson when I bought it) they would not honor the 8 days past warranty, even though the mileage was still under, because of the ownership transfer from Joe Johnson to now Cheverolet of Troy. Very disappointed. I have had no other claims until now. More

Carrie was very professional, but we were turned down on a cash deal. I felt because we wouldn’t accept any warranties. We offered $500 less than posted price. Now, I see price was raised by approximate a cash deal. I felt because we wouldn’t accept any warranties. We offered $500 less than posted price. Now, I see price was raised by approximately $300.
