Was in Berlin on a short vacation and the check engine light came on 2019 terrain. Went to Chuck Nicholson because it was close. No appointment. Mike Miltenberger greeted me like an old customer, got me r light came on 2019 terrain. Went to Chuck Nicholson because it was close. No appointment. Mike Miltenberger greeted me like an old customer, got me right in (I was expecting the old story about how we are booked up, you will have to wait). They diagnosed the problem, fixed a recall, and kept me informed throughout! I was driving away in 1 hour an 20 minutes. Car drove great! Fixed a bad spark plug. Excellent all around experience. More
