Service wasn’t satisfactory the first time I went in but they did contact me about the issue and said they would give me a free oil change and tire rotation for the inconvenience. Service in the past was prompt and done in a timely manner. I waited over an hour and a half for an oil change when it should have taken 30 minutes.
