The ease at which to make the appointment was great and convenient. Overall, my experience was ok during my purchase of a 2019 Silverado 2500hd diesel high country. I was happy to not have the typical salesman pressure to buy immediately. The atmosphere was more laid back and my salesman, Dale answered my questions professionally. The test drive was good, no pressure and pretty straight forward. All good qualities in a car dealership. Unfortunately, not everything was disclosed prior to the vehicle purchase. I was told that all HD trucks "that need it", gets a rubber spray undercoat. Not a huge deal if it was disclosed and applied correctly but it wasn't discussed prior to the sale and the coating was sprayed over rust which is already flaking off. Something others should be aware of if they come here. First day home I got a service light as well, so my local Chevy dealership is fixing that under the factory warranty, luckily. These diesel trucks are hard to find right now so the immediate response of "no" when I asked if the price was negotiable wasn't surprising. However, the next day they lowered their other Silverado 2500hd diesel by almost 2k online. Such is my luck. Also, heads up if you buy a used vehicle you'll get less than a half of tank of gas/diesel. Not a huge deal, just a little surprising after buying a 70k vehicle that it doesn't even come with a full tank of gas. My initial thoughts of the dealership was very positive and enjoyable. However, when an issue or concern came up and papers were signed the help stopped and it was my problem to deal with. I'm not sure if I'll return or not. It's hard to give my business to companies who don't want to help out and build a relationship together. More
