EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM A TOURIST FROM OHIO From the moment I walked into this service desk area, and said to James Moore the express lube manager, that I was probably asking for the impossible From the moment I walked into this service desk area, and said to James Moore the express lube manager, that I was probably asking for the impossible at 1:30 p.m. in the afternoon, I knew from his quick reply that I was wrong. I was 4200 miles from my home in Ohio, and before I was going to drive home I wanted to get the appropriate service on my 2014 Caddie. Almost instantly he and his crew had my car in the shop, and in 40 minutes I was on the road again. I had a warranty program that he had not experienced in Fairbanks, no problem, it was solved by the behind the office manager and we were good to go after I received a great tip on a place to catch lunch. I have a great dealer here in Salem Ohio, however the whole operation in Fairbanks was a wow experience. Thank you, Dick and Dixie Sober p.s. We had a great drive home without a concern or worry.
