Meh, pretty average While Daniel was great, when we returned to have the paper plates removed and pick up the tittle, it took 20 minutes just for someone to be available. While Daniel was great, when we returned to have the paper plates removed and pick up the tittle, it took 20 minutes just for someone to be available. The receptionist was great and kept paging for sales people but no one came out to assist. Finally, 2 sales people came out carrying balloons but, made no effort to engage with us. When we asked 1 of the sales people for assistance with the plates, we were then told, that that was something we could have done ourselves. Guess the balloons were more important than actual customers. More

Flexible, informative, friendly, fun! Victoria went out of her way to call me and reschedule a test drive that I had forgotten. She was both personal and professional, a very down to earth person with a great sense of humor and a thorough understanding of the vehicles available. I was surprised at how well she knew the Toyota I test drove since it's not made by Chevy. She walked me through every step so I understood exactly what my options and benefits would be.
