A+ service I experienced a 'check engine' light on a recent visit to Fairbanks. Even though I showed up without an appointment, they were able to fit me right in I experienced a 'check engine' light on a recent visit to Fairbanks. Even though I showed up without an appointment, they were able to fit me right in. Their waiting area is well appointed, with comfortable chairs, complimentary coffee, TV, free WiFi and tables to comfortably work at. There were also snacks and custom coffees available for moderate cost. My truck was diagnosed in a reasonable amount of time, and my service advisor (Bob Revermann) clearly pointed out and explained what needed to be done. I was even escorted to Joe Sharrah's work bay so I could see for myself (with the safety glasses they provided :-) . And while the authorized repairs were being made they kindly shuttled me to a nearby appointment, and picked me up afterwards. On my return, my truck was ready to go - the timing was perfect. For an unforeseen "inconvenience" of having to deal with a 'check engine' light in a city I'm not familiar with, I was thrilled with how everything played out. GM dealers know the meaning of customer service, and Bob and Joe are a shining examples of this. "Thank you!".....and keep up the great work boys! More

Best Vette Service Ever My 2013 Vette had some problems that just didn't make any sense. I was VERY worried......like having a loved one in intensive care....maybe worse.... My 2013 Vette had some problems that just didn't make any sense. I was VERY worried......like having a loved one in intensive care....maybe worse...... I think Shana picked up on my level of concern for the Vette. We call it "the Vette" ....way more than a car. The team very quickly figured out what was causing the Vette's problems. The dealership showed great compassion in doing the work for N/C. I went down the road feeling that life again was worth living. In all seriousness upon four occasions now this service department has gone above and beyond. It is hard to buy a new Vette and not have confidence in a dealership's desire and ability to take good of the car....not like you could take it to the mechanic down the street. I will continue to purchase Chevy's because of the service I have received at THIS dealership.
