From calling in to check about timing to come in, to the courtesy van home and the completion of the work on time. They also were able to complete a warranty items. Vicki and the Quick Lub crew are always friendly, professional and deliver what they promise. Mike who operated the courtesy van is always a pleasure to ride with and talk with. Walt Rodger stopped by to see how I was doing. A great experience all the way around. More

New car I went in to purchase a new vehicle. Everyone was extremely friendly and great to work with. I also learned an important lesson about selling my car v I went in to purchase a new vehicle. SLOW SERVICE First I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was the first one there and two people who came after me also wanted oil changes..... I was th First I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was the first one there and two people who came after me also wanted oil changes..... I was there for an 1hr and 40minutes!!! In which both of the customers who came after me left about 30min before me! Then my dipstick was broken by them. So I have to come back in and get it replaced. Okay. no big deal.....my cars been in there the past 30 mins and I've been here almost an hour! I literally saw the mechanics come out...grab some cofffe mingle then decide to go back in. As I write this I AM STILL SITTING HERE. It's frustrating to have to come in let alone multiple times and stay here for lengthy amount of times when I have other places to go. To top it off. I'm the only car in their service garage right now. Very frustrating, I understand things take time and I am usually avery patient person who has dealt with customers in retail beforee but this is ridiculous. More
