They will not work with you if you have hard of hearing and fail to provide proof they “winterized” a used truck, that has a 800 add on. We purchased a 2020 Chevy 1500 when we got here around Nov 1, 2023. Not even 5,000 miles later a lifter goes out on it. When the truck was sold to us it was already past dealer warranty to cover this. So Nov 1, 2023. Not even 5,000 miles later a lifter goes out on it. So we are stuck paying this repair out of our pocket with no concern what so ever from the dealership, I can not even get any one to answer the phone to talk to there.
