Chevy management under appraised our vehicle by about $10,000 and told us they would roll the 10k into our lease lol. We simply walked out, went down the street to ford where they gave the true value of the vehicle and we leased a vehicle with them. Chevy of Turnersville should be ashamed of themselves. I highly recommend that u do not go there with a trade in. Outside of that it is a very clean place and our salesperson was very nice. More
Unprofesional, rude and doesn't want warranty issues I brought our Cadillac Ct-6 in.An Appoit was made by a salesperson we were going to buy new cars from.Since the way Steven acted and treated us we wil I brought our Cadillac Ct-6 in.An Appoit was made by a salesperson we were going to buy new cars from.Since the way Steven acted and treated us we will not spend over $120 grand on two Cadillacs. From the second I walked in my apoiuwas at 2pm and he had the wrong time. The lady who made the appointment confirmed to him he had the wrong time Down.It to 40 minutes to write up because all he did was complain about Customers, Managemet wanting favors and salespeople bothering him with questions about installations of extras. You can tell he did not want to be there. He was rude, nasty and arrogant but I did take his advice. He said take this list to a Lemon lawyer because his service guys are not going to check all these issues, so don't bother leaving it.I said I am leaving the car.The next day we were called at 2pm when the car was dropped off at 3 pm the day before. They wrote Gms legal departments operating as designed and no issue found even though we can confirm the issues, codes in system so bottom, line he's ruse, he lies and doesn't want to be there so, leave and let someone who will care have the job.See they don't make commissions on warranty repairs that's why service advisors give attitudes for warranty issues.Very sad. Dealership DOES NOT CARE about you once you purchase!! On July 1st, we leased a brand new 2016 Chevy Traverse, drove off the lot with 8 miles on the vehicle. On August 12th, with almost 1,600 miles on i On July 1st, we leased a brand new 2016 Chevy Traverse, drove off the lot with 8 miles on the vehicle. On August 12th, with almost 1,600 miles on it, as I was pulling up to a red light, the car lost all power. I was able to restart the car and drive it. I brought the vehicle into the service department at the dealership on August 16th. They looked over the vehicle and could not find anything wrong. I took the car back. On August 27th, with 2,145 miles on it, as I made a right hand turn, the car again lost all power… lost the brakes, lost the steering, the air, the radio, etc. Again, I was able to restart the car, and drive it home. I did not want to risk driving the car any further than the short drive home, so I had it towed to the dealership for a second go around with the service department. They kept the car a few days, and because they could not duplicate the problem, they suggested we take the car back and drive it to see if it happens again. Being that I do not feel safe driving the car, I had it towed from the dealership back to my driveway, where it now sits because I will not risk injury or death to myself, my husband, my 4 children, or any other person on the road. In the meantime, we reached out to GM and filed a claim. The representative at GM reached out to the dealership, and again, because the service dept. could not reproduce the problem, GM would not do anything for us. I do not understand how a brand new car intermittently shuts down with no warning. Although the service department could not reproduce the problem, it doesn’t mean there is no problem with the car. The failure happened on 2 occasions, once at 1,600 miles and at 2,100. So for the service department to take the car, drive it as little as they did, and then come back to me to tell me nothing is wrong doesn’t seem like they did everything they could to figure out the issue. There is a serious safety concern with this car. I would think that a company as big as GM would stand behind their product, but instead GM is basically telling me to jeopardize lives and drive this car around. I do not know of anyone that would want to take this chance. Both the service manager and the sales manager at the dealership agreed they would not be driving their children around in this car, yet, that is what was suggested to me. I really wished GM or the dealership would have been able to help us in some way initially. The situation we are in is both aggravating and stressful, and is becoming very expensive. We are renting a car and now have the added expense of that, which has become a financial nightmare for our family, as we are now late with paying our mortgage and other household bills. I filed a complaint with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and had to seek legal advice. This is not the route we wanted to take; however, we tried to remedy the situation directly with the dealership and GM, and neither offered any type of resolution other than to drive the car and see if it happens again, which for us, is not an option. This service center Just got a call from a other service center telling me the part this service center changed and charged me money was not changed. This service center fixed my air condition twice, this coming summer will be the third without air conditioning in my car. They changed a hose and did not check for leaks until I took the car back to center to fill the coolant up. THIEVES. Thanks for reading. More

I found it strange that the test drive was on their private track, which doesn't allow you to get a feel for the vehicle. Neal and Bill offered a fair trade-in value for my truck, and the Impala was also a good deal. The nine-point-something interest rate on the loan seemed high, so I left and checked with my own bank who offered one at 6.24%. I called back hoping to buy the car the same day, using the loan from my own bank. I called Neal and left a voicemail. About an hour later I called for Bill, and left him a voicemail too, including my name and number in both. This was on Monday, and it's now Saturday and neither one of them ever returned my call. I just can't understand why they wouldn't bother calling back even after six days -- and they ultimately lost my business to another South Jersey dealership. More
I visited this dealership based upon a recommendation from a friend that I have George Braun help me. When I arrived, George was very professional and respectful of my time. I was looking for a 3/4 ton from a friend that I have George Braun help me. When I arrived, George was very professional and respectful of my time. I was looking for a 3/4 ton 4 wheel drive vehicle as an addition to my fleet of snow removal vehicles. There was nothing in inventory that suited my exact needs at the time but my salesman took my information and said he would diligently scour freshly traded vehicles until he found the right one. I fully expected that I would never hear from the salesman again as has been the case at other dealerships I visited. Much to my surprise, George contacted me approximately 10 days later when a perfect vehicle had just been traded in. It is rare that sales people follow through beyond the initial visit but George did just that and I ended up getting more vehicle for less money than anticipated. i had an an exceptional experience at Chevy of Turnersville and with George specifically.
