This was the first service on my vehicle. Although the work done was very good,I felt that they overbooked. I dropped my car off at 10:30 and it was done at 4:30. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR WORK! First time they left the electrical wires up on the headliner disconnected to which I had to pay another dealer to fix. This weekend, I had an appointment scheduled left the electrical wires up on the headliner disconnected to which I had to pay another dealer to fix. This weekend, I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, and my tech, Pat, on Friday states they are still looking at it and need it another day. No problem. At 4:30 I go to pick it up to only find out they never touched it. By stating they are still looking at it implies their techs lie and everyone works too hard to waste their money fixing their car based upon lies. Strongly suggest to not use this dealer for service.
