Who showed me a 09 4x4 Trail blazer at first, then we went to see the 09 4x4 crewcab Colorado. This was the one we test drove. It handled like a pro and I was sold. I called my dad to get my discount number and the managers went to work. Dan explained to me about the Dupont coating to protect my interior and paint for up to five years. If I did sell it I would get all the money back from this festure. At first they had trouble getting the number off the computer, but success at last. I went in to see Eric to sign the final paperwork. He is very good at his job. Insuring to explain all the programs. I got the Gap program and extended warranty. I will recommend this dealership to anyone because they do go above and beyond to make the customer happy. They listen and don't push them into buying something they don't want. I became interested in Friendly Chevrolet because of their inventory of Corvettes. I had no intentions of buying another Corvette but my girlfriend found exactly what I had been looking forward. Within 24 hours I was able to take my old Corvette in and drive out with the C-5 I now have, also my 9th Corvette. My girlfriend is now interested in a Trailblazer or more so, a new Camaro. The only thng that dissappointed me was that signing of the paperwork was to take no longer than 30 minutes during my lunch and it extended to 2 hours because they were not ready when my wife and I arrived the paperwork was to take no longer than 30 minutes during my lunch and it extended to 2 hours because they were not ready when my wife and I arrived. The oil pan access cover was hanging from the underbody of the vehicle when I brought the vehicle home because when they changed the oil during prep they only put one retaining screw back. I fixed it myself. Don't know about my faith in the service department. After shopping around for over a month for 2 cars I went to these guys, and to be honest, I didn’t buy from them but it was the best experience I have had a dealership. My review unfortunately will not be that great. In the last 5 years that I've periodically dealt with this dealership I've been unhappy. First the service department... I brought my truck in to have a last 5 years that I've periodically dealt with this dealership I've been unhappy. First the service department... I brought my truck in to have a problem looked into. I told them just look into it (which I will gladly pay for) but DO NOT PERFORM THE FIX ON IT UNTIL I AM NOTIFIED AND AGREE TO THE CHARGES. Of course I was completely ignored. The check was done, and instead of contacting me and telling me what the fix would be and said charges they went right ahead and did the work I never agreed to. I got NO phone call. And I was charged. The woman who ran service was extremely rude as well. (See last paragraph for update on THAT fix) The sales, a big waste of time. I was interested in a slightly used vehicle but since I wasn't spending the big bucks on a brand new one they drug their feet, were rude and unhelpful until I finally left. They then proceeded to call me and harass me constantly to buy the car they originally didn't care to put me into. I had to start ignoring the calls until they finally stopped. This place is just like a lot of dealerships (thank heavens not ALL dealerships as I bought my car at a wonderful place). If they would pay attention to the customer, and also WHO they hire and get rid of the crooks in the service department. Oh and the service they did on my vehicle??? The service I told them NOT to do unless I was contacted FIRST? It Didn't even fix the problem! I finally took it to another Chevy dealer who looked at it (for free), then after calling me FIRST to let me know what the charges would be, fixed it for $1,000 less! They treated me like Gold. They are the ones that ended up getting my $25,000 as I bought my next car from them because of their honesty and integrity I experienced through service. Their sales proved to be just as great. So don't feel all Chevy dealerships are bad. They are not... but unfortunately Friendly Chevy does not follow their name. More

There were some problems at first and I worried I had picked a lemon but that is where Chad Glover turned us over too Brandon Raymond in the service department, he was so there and everything that needed to be done was and assured us any problem give them a call, and we havn't had to yet.
