They worked the numbers out and they were PERFECT! Kari and Heidi are very personable, they make you feel like family. The slogan "Stress free pricing," is right on the money! THE SALESMAN CAME, WITHOUT PERMISSION, TO MY HOUSE TO TELL ME ABOUT A CAR!!!!! By the overall score, this place can't be all bad, this was not our experience. The first issue was we had to wait for a good 20 minutes while they tried to find one of their cars only to come back and say they couldn't find the keys. We did end up test driving a Pathfinder that from afar was great, but on closer inspection had been wrecked and was beat to xxxx. The most ridiculous strike against them is this morning I went out to get into my car and found a note on my front door. The salesman had apparently located a perfect car for me and wanted to let me know. He didn't have my phone number, because I didn't give it to him, so he took my address off of the copy of my drivers license from the test drive. The fact that this guy SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE is taking pushy and unprofessional to an entirely new level. After my experience I would never even consider a car on their lot or any other Harnish lot. We went into the dealership knowing we wanted to replace our '06 Tahoe (which we loved), but not sure exactly what we wanted. We left with a good feeling and a couple of brochures, with instructions to review the features of each one then mark the "deal breakers" and the wants. The same weekend we visited a total of 7 dealerships to compare different brands. Decided the 2013 Traverse was for us!!! Returned 3-4 days later with all of our "deal breakers" listed. The exact vehicle was located at another dealer (including the "want" color) and brought to Chevrolet of Puyallups for us. The only "hiccup" in the whole deal was with the trade-in, but sales manager Paul Guetle got personally involved and made the deal work!!! Have not had any experience with the service department yet, but if they try as hard as the sales department it will be a breeze... More

I explained to him that I had a small credit issue and I was worried about getting financing. Bruce informed me that Harnish Chevrolet works with companies that specialize in financing for my situation. He presented me a vehicle that he thought would be perfect for my wife and he was right. He took the numbers to Dean in the finance department and within minutes I was approved for the new car. Minutes later Makala had all the documents ready for me to sign. As soon as we got there he was so nice asked all the right questions and picked a better car for me then I could have done on my own point on buying. Mr Rector was the second Chevrolet dealer we visited the day we bought the car. The first thing he did was sit us down and listen to what we wanted in a car all our must haves.
