Don't buy your cars and trucks anywhere else! I was in a horrible situation. I am the middle of filing Bankruptcy and was wanting to trade in my current car to wipe the past due fees and being beh I was in a horrible situation. I am the middle of filing Bankruptcy and was wanting to trade in my current car to wipe the past due fees and being behind on payments. I had gone to other dealerships on River Road that claim they help people in my situation and maybe they do but not me. The first one was nice enough but not helpful. Out of the "thousands of cars" they advertise to have access to they said I was approved for only one. The next dealership was even worse, the sale guy had no clue what he was doing or talking about and then Sales Manager came out and after saying hello told me I was f****d for 5 years. I thought my boyfriend was going to punch him and I went home in tears. Needless to say I was not excited about the idea of going through any of those experiences again. As a last ditch effort I went online (I wasn't stepping foot on another lot without having some initial prep work done) filled out an app and waited. Very soon I got a call from Kevin who was wonderful. I explained my situation and he was open and transparent of what it was going to take to help me. He got all the information he needed and told me he would cal me back and let me know if he felt he could help. I was still hesitant but was willing to go along. He then called me back and asked me to come in. At this point I was still very wary and but decided to try. When I got to the dealership they took me to his office where he greeted me warmly and put me at ease. He had already chosen a few cars for me to look at but none of them were right for me. So he pulled the lists of all the cars he had access to and sat there going through them one by one with me. Please keep in mind, this is a large dealership and the list was extensive and it was a time consuming task on his part to say the least. He did it with a smile and laughing at some of the comments I made about the cars. That poor Transformers Mustang!! We were getting to the end of the list and then we both saw it. My next car. From there it was so simple and easy and I was driving home in about an hour. As all woman know, when you find a hairdresser that is good and knows never go anywhere else. They are far and few between. Congratulations Kevin - you are my new Car Hairdresser. Thank you to Kevin and his staff, as long as I live in Puyallup/WA I will buy all my future cars from them and send everyone I know their way. More

David Hayes was great I had been putting off buying a new car because I was dreading everything about it due to past experiences. Well...as great as buying a car can ever be. I didn't have a specific car in mind and only had a general idea of what I absolutely did not want. He helped narrow it down to three vehicles and I went with the Buick Encore. I would recommended David to anyone. Unless that person is someone I don't like. They can go see someone else. More
