Shop elsewhere. This dealership is absolutely terrible. I bought a brand new corvette from them last December. Within two thousand miles, it needed a new transmission This dealership is absolutely terrible. I bought a brand new corvette from them last December. Within two thousand miles, it needed a new transmission, had coding issues, the torque tube and wheel bearing needed replaced, etc. I understand lemons happen, but what dealers do when issues arise really show their customer loyalty. It was clear during this experience GMC Puyallup couldn’t care less. When I bought the corvette, the salesperson was a big help in telling me with almost every question “check the owners manual.” With the mechanical issues, it was misdiagnosed twice by their mechanics and in the shop (five separate times) for over 45 days in four months. Communication was laughable; they would rarely call me for updates, just tell me “they’re working on it” when I called in, they ordered the wrong parts, and only once or twice lived up to any ETA’s. I reached out to the General Manager during these issues who was completely useless, not returning my emails or calls asking for assistance. I made a mistake for not taking it to another dealership to get it repaired that would have known what it was doing. I partnered with the Washington State Lemon law and got the car returned to General Motors as a lemon. The dealership, of course, did nothing to help me with this process. It’s clear they don’t know how to deal or fix Corvettes. You have plenty of options shopping for cars, please do yourself a favor and use those options instead. You will feel abandoned once you have issues with this dealership. More

Had a certain vehicle in mind and they found it. Made an inquiry on a GMC Denali 1500 via the internet and the internet team responded quickly with answers to my questions. Came in and met with the Sarge, Joseph Coghill and Sales Manager Scott Briske and the y showed me some of the features of this vehicle and pointed out the big rebates on the Denali's. Then they showed me the differences between the trim packages and the features of the Ultimate seemed the way to go. I made out my list and it had to be White. They searched for a day or to and were able to obtain a swap with another dealer. They got me the right truck at the right price in time for all the benefits. It was actually a fun process and Sarge walked us through the dealership pointing out the service area and parts area and spent a lot of time going over the technical functions (many) of the new truck. I'll be in a lot learning how this works. Even the finance Manager was fun and made the whole process a learning thing ensuring we understood each step. It was a Red Letter Day for us. These guys and gals care. You could tell it was a family environment. This was for a new GMC truck. More
