To start I had Drove used truck 400 miles and now have 6k in repairs required. Sold me a Lemon - Where do I start? Unimpressed and disappointed. To start I had 2 sales people reach out to me once I inquired about a used vehicle online. Neither of them followed up with me once they found out I was from tri-cities and I told them I did not want my credit pulled to have the car held onto until I could get up there and look at it on the following weekend. I had to find a friend of a friend to get a contact that would get back to me from there. I felt as though they didn’t want to sell me the used truck. 2013 GMC Denali, low miles, now I know why. After making our way up there, and being threatened with “Well, our other Bellevue store is coming to get it, so if you’re not here by 2 pm it’ll probably be gone” - unprofessional to say the least. We got there, test drove it. Decided to buy it. Got hit with a $699 anti-theft fee. Asked them to remove it since the vehicle had been sold from the same dealership already and they already made their money off of it. Plus, it was going to be garaged and I don’t need it. Not my fault they tag all their vehicles; shouldn’t be a cost I have to take on. No avail. They took off $150. Service wasn’t great, they were distracted by losing another customer just before us. Again, they didn’t want to sell, so it seamed. Priced below market, I kept trying to get an answer on why. Something didn’t seem right, I should’ve trusted my gut. Purchased the truck, and drove it home. After the truck being home for 3 days, the head lights went out. First one then the other. No big deal, easy fix. Then brakes started squeaking. Didn’t match up with the new brakes and rotors service they said they did. Lots of rust. Oh well, price of getting a used vehicle. Then one week of owning the truck, a tick started. Annoying. Checked the oil, quart low. Wow… makes me think their service team didn’t even look at it. Followed by a rough idle, then check engine light, and now constant misfires. Replaced plugs, wires, coils - everything is pointing to them selling me a truck with bad lifters. We bought the truck the Saturday after Halloween and I didn’t even put 500 miles (200 on the drive home) on it and now it’s looking like it needs anywhere from 2,000 to $6,000 worth of work. Two quotes over 6k. Got a phone call from the store manager once he caught wind of my lifter problem through a text messages I answered with when they asked if I wanted my plates mailed. He called during a meeting and asked that I call him back and leave a message if he didn’t pick up. I did, I still haven’t heard back. So much for trying to downgrade and save money for our new baby coming. Don’t trust this place. If something feels off, it is. Bad business. Sit in there and feel for yourself. The wife and I were there for over an hour, never offered a water, a soda, coffee or anything. Ever driven 4 hours to buy a used vehicle and feel like a nuisance? Just to purchase a lemon? I have… 0/10 do not recommend. More
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL! ... AND BE AWARE WITH THEIR WORDS/PAPERWORK!!! I'M FEELING SO HURT AND DECEIVED AFTER TODAY'S EXCHANGE! - Saturday, 12/30/2023, a rainy day, ju ... AND BE AWARE WITH THEIR WORDS/PAPERWORK!!! I'M FEELING SO HURT AND DECEIVED AFTER TODAY'S EXCHANGE! - Saturday, 12/30/2023, a rainy day, just right before the year about to end, me and my husband, your casual neighbor gay couple came into the dealership trying to test drive a used Chevy car. We were introduced to and worked with a car salesman named Spencer. - We let Spencer know RIGHT AT THE BEGINNING, that we just wanted to test drive the car and talk about the sale price of the car WITHOUT actually submitting a credit hard inquiry/application since we're not ready to commit to purchase the car without getting a good sale price. - We ALSO let Spencer know that we are already pre-approved and banked with Capital One. We told Spencer we FULLY know that when we actually commit to purchase the car, then we'll have to submit a credit hard inquiry for the official auto loan at the dealership. But we ALREADY know about the bank's interest rate and the auto FICO score that we would get, so we really don't want to discuss about the monthly payments just yet. Just straight up sale price to discuss at this point. - Spencer INSISTED at even in order for us to continue the conversation of price discussing, they still need to run a soft inquiry application with all of my info (SSN, income...), and that was totally fine with us. We know If it's just a soft inquiry without showing up on my credit report, it would be no issue at all. - We ASKED Spencer THREE (3) times before signing ANYTHING, that will paperwork show up on our credit reports at Experian, Equifax & TransUnion as a hard inquiry or not. Spencer, without ANY uncertainty in his voice or facial expression, ASSURED me that it WILL NOT show up as a hard inquiries in all these 3 credit bureaus. So we allowed Spencer to run the inquiry. - SURPRISED SURPRISED, 1 minute after he ran the inquiry, all 3 credit bureaus sent me alerts saying there was a HARD INQUIRY into my reports. - We, again, ASKED Spencer what would it means, he still with a straight face, told us it would not affect our credit score or be considered as a hard inquiry at all. - We called all three credit bureaus afterward, all the credit bureaus confirmed and let us know it was INDEED AN HARD INQUIRY AND WILL AFFECT MY CREDIT SCORE, even if the drop is minimal. - We asked to talk with the sale manager to see if ANYTHING can be done at this point. We DO UNDERSTAND sometimes people, just like Spencer, can be misinformed and gave out an incorrect info, but we would hope there would be some remedies from the dealership. - Dough Larson, the Sale Manager, basically told us THERE WAS NOTHING THEY WILL EVER ABLE TO DO/HELP US. Dough basically told us that we were so careless to sign something we don't know about. However, we ASKED Spencer 3 times before even sign the paper. The paper has lots of terms and text and languages, but NO WHERE ON THE PAPER that even mention about anything that say "HARD INQUIRY" or "AFFECT CREDIT SCORE". I did read through the inquiry application, and ASKED Spencer the FOURTH (4th) time if this inquiry would count as a hard inquiry and affect my credit score. "No, we WOULD NOT put a hard inquiry on your credit reports" said Spencer. - Dough told me I can either get the lawyer involved on my own, or call the credit bureaus to dispute those inquiries on my own, but there would be NOTHING THEY CAN HELP US at this point. - We told him that we came in being interested in looking and discussed for an used car, so we do want the car, but the price was a little far off. It's totally okay for the dealer to not budge on the price of a used car, but we got lied to about the hard inquiries, and then got told Dough was basically TOP OF THE MANAGEMENT CHAIN... not even "Let me spending some more time to think about the situation, and I'll also ask the owners and other managers about this and see if there is any kind of remedy that we could offer you guys after today's situation". Went in yesterday on my one day off (ups driver) with a specific truck in mind. Apparently it was employee appreciation day and they get off early to celebrate. Was still 40mins before he had to go to said specific truck in mind. Apparently it was employee appreciation day and they get off early to celebrate. Was still 40mins before he had to go to said party/be off work and I had come in to check out a lightly used chevy 1500 2022 trailboss 3l diesel(10kish miles) with my also lightly used chevy Silverado 3500 2021 hd high country dully (19kmiles)which is half paid off. All I wanted to do was see the xxxx thing but my sales person tried to sell me on a brand new truck which you know you gotta play the game… so I did but as he continued to get more insulting and hurried as he had a super fun I’m sure employee appreciation day party to go to I just couldn’t handle it anymore and insulted the b*sterd and left. Will sell and will be in a hurry just a warning. More

Other customers came in after my self for same service and left before me. At 2:50, I asked Toni not my service writer about my car and she a a tech checking it. 10 minutes later said they were bringing it up to me and it would be a couple minutes. Another 10 minutes went by, now it 3:05pm and no car. At 3:10, I finally asked MY service rep,Rich Salstrom and he had no clue eats was going on. Could not find my keys, my car or anything. I told him 1:45 minutes was not acceptable for an oil change. He emailed my bill at 3:13 but never got my car til 3:20pm. I was a service for Keith Harnish at his Saturn dealer and Robb Heath The service manager would never let this happen. I got better service during COVID than I did today. Just not a good expirence all around More
