I needed a new car and they got me a great deal on a GMC Terrain. I was in and out in 2hrs, and was able to pick up the car the next day after it was winterized. We purchased a 2020 Chevy 1500 when we got here around Nov 1, 2023. Not even 5,000 miles later a lifter goes out on it. When the truck was sold to us it was already past dealer warranty to cover this. So Nov 1, 2023. Not even 5,000 miles later a lifter goes out on it. So we are stuck paying this repair out of our pocket with no concern what so ever from the dealership, I can not even get any one to answer the phone to talk to there. I have always trusted Chevy, but not any more with this financial hole they have put me in. Thank Chevy More
