When we walked in we were greeted by Bill Gonnelly, the Chevy 112 "Sales Professional" as his card stated. We told him that we were interested in a Traverse but didn't think it was in our price range because we really didn't want to settle for the base model plus we had never leased a vehicle before. I told him that whatever vehicle we leased, that it must have a tow package. He told my wife and I that he had only one on the lot with the manufacturer installed tow package and proceeded to show us a Silver Ice Metallic “Traverse Premier”, this was the top of the line Traverse with every bell and whistle and more and exactly what we were looking for. I told Bill that the only problem was that it was way out of our price range and he said that he guaranteed that he could work with us. We went back inside and told him that we were going to go to look at a Hyundai Santa Fe and that we would think about it. Bill was courteous and confident enough to tell us that there was a Hyundai dealer 2 doors down and proceeded to walk us over there and introduce us to the sales person and then told us that we would be back. Shortly thereafter we were back just like he said and then Bill introduced us to Frank Taravella the "Sales Manager", they told us to give them a few minutes and that they would give us a price that would have us in the Traverse that afternoon. When they walked away both my wife and I said to each other that there is no way that we could afford this right now and then just sat and waited. When they returned and presented us with the lease deal, we told them that they must have made an error in their calculations because Ford wanted more than 10 times the amount for a down payment and almost 600 a month for a lease on a comparable Ford Explorer Sport. They sat with us and went over the numbers and wouldn’t you know it they were men of their word, they worked out a deal that was well within our price range and we drove out in our beautiful brand new, spotless, detailed Traverse Premier less than 3 hours later, we put pennies down in comparison to other dealerships and had a payment of less than 500 a month. Bill sure did live up to his title of “Sales Professional”, after we closed the deal he patiently sat in the Traverse with my wife and I and went over every little detail of the vehicle, answered all of our questions and stayed with us till we were comfortable with every aspect of the Traverse. Bill, Frank and all of the Chevrolet 112 employees were there to help in any way they could and not one of them was pushy in anyway at all, they treated us like we were family and they exceeded all of mine and my wife’s expectations tenfold. We are very happy be part of the Chevy 112 family and because of the professional service and the deal we received we still can’t get the smiles off our face. Trusted Service Department This combines three recent visits for both my older Chevy Camaro SS (bought new at Chevy 112 17 years ago and service there ever since)and my '98 Pont This combines three recent visits for both my older Chevy Camaro SS (bought new at Chevy 112 17 years ago and service there ever since)and my '98 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. The first visit entailed installing an aftermarket power steering fluid cooler (which I brought with me) for my Trans Am - plus state inspection. Dave the technician who has worked on my cars for years is top notch. He discussed with me beforehand where to mount the cooler with an eye for avoiding drilling into existing body components - much appreciated. He demonstrated his usual skill in achieving a creative solution by utilizing the hose from another vehicle to make the component work more efficiently. Subsequently the car came in for an ongoing noise in slow turning potentially related to power steering but which after Dave examined and test drove was determined to actually be from the differential and only required additional lubricant - an inexpensive solution. Lastly, Chevy 112 installed new tires for my Camaro which were ordered from outside and accepted by the service depot. I have always trusted the balancing and alignment procedures here. In addition, the result of battery testing I requested was discussed with me leading to an informed decision to replace it now. This level of quality work is why I remain a long time repeat customer. Stephen the Service Advisor - and Fran the Service Manager - also alway take good care of me. I've found the Chevy 112 service department always a very professional operation. More

Dishonest I bought a one year old GMC Terrain supposedly with a "clean Carfax" only to find out that the car has been in a previous accident - something the dea I bought a one year old GMC Terrain supposedly with a "clean Carfax" only to find out that the car has been in a previous accident - something the dealer surely would have known. I trusted their reputation but should not have. A clean Carfax means nothing if there was an accident and the repairs were done without reporting the accident. More
