Horrible. I made an 8am appointment for my wife's car. When making the appointment I asked if I would be permitted to wait inside. I was told yes, 6 people can wait inside and that's why we ask you about When making the appointment I asked if I would be permitted to wait inside. I was told yes, 6 people can wait inside and that's why we ask you about waiting when we schedule our appointments. Needless to say, I waited 20 minutes just to get inside for my appointment and was told that nobody is allowed to wait inside. It is cold and raining as I stand here freezing. I will never be back since they don't keep their appointments and they lied about the waiting policy when scheduling the appointment. I have had my Chevy serviced at another dealer recently. Waiting inside is permitted with masks and social distancing. More

Typical sales tricks that are transparent and work on unsuspecting buyers. Example: Taking the Chevy incentives money off and acting like they did you a failure. I ordered accessories for my truck that should have been on the truck but was not when I paid for then drove the truck off the lot. They said they would call me when they came in. Still waiting over a month for that call. When I called back got transferred to parts, then service, then an “accessory specialist”. Then to the original salesmen voice mail. Still waiting. More

I leased a 2020 Blazer on June 15. I had several questions related to a misplaced EZ Pass in my trade-in and a general question regarding my registration. My calls were never returned. My 2012 chevy suburban ltz is having transmission issues and stopped in front of chevy 112. I brought the car in and spoke to an Angela. She took the car at 2:00pm on 07:07 and stated we have 45 cars so i a and stopped in front of chevy 112. I brought the car in and spoke to an Angela. She took the car at 2:00pm on 07:07 and stated we have 45 cars so i am not sure when it will be looked at. I was ok with that for that specific day. I called in today 07/08/2020 to see what was going on at 10:00 am and was told car is in the bay and they are diagnosing the problem Angela will call you once we have one. At 12:20pm i called back and asked for Angela who was at lunch. And was promised a call back 30 mind later. 1 hour later i called back and was told Angela was not available and she will return the call. Angela finally called back with an attitude stating “ i told you i dont know when the car will be ready so you have to wait i told her im right around the corner ill stop in. When i got there Angela smiled and stated no one told me the car was in the bay i am a liar. I told Angela i have the call recorded because i called from my work phone and all calls in and out are recorded. Angela then had an attitude and continued to argue so i told her give me my keys ill take it to a dealership service center that actually wants business and will handle my problem. I never recommend this place to anyone and i dont know why i even went i heard so many bad things but i like to give people a chance and make my own opinion well they proved every one right More

very smooth transaction My Daughter was returning her Hyundai lease 3 months early and 2500 miles over her allotment. We went back to the dealership where we had originally got the car- and they could not do anything for us. We then went to a Mazda dealership next door and had the same result. The dealership next to that was a Chevrolet dealership and the difference was amazing. A negotiated new lease was quickly worked out, and we picked up the vehicle the next day, The dealership was Chevrolet 112 in Medford NY. and the saleswomen name was Tricia Lipareli. She was professional and knowledgeable without trying to talk me into something I did not want. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish and I highly recommend Tricia. More

Not only were we able to, but it was not nearly as painful as we thought the experience would be. When we got our traverse we got the lease through another Chevy dealership and it was awful. The price had changed once we came back to sign the lease and no one ever explained as to why. All of a sudden we were being asked for extra money than we were told. At Chevy 112 we were able to get into a 2019 Colorado for only 30 more dollars a month than we were paying for the Traverse and that was with over 9 months of payments still owed on the Traverse. Lamelle Sands was awesome. He was not pushy and he understood what we wanted and needed and truly worked to get us a deal we were comfortable with and could afford. The finance manager Irving was also extremely helpful and there were no issues when we sat down to sign the lease. No sudden change in price or extra costs or dishonesty in sale tactics as experienced with a previous dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership and Lamelle Sands! More
