The service department is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Mary the manager for service is the worst type of human you can deal with. She is the type of person that would rather create more problems then solutions. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS SEVICE DEPARTMENT TO MY WORST ENEMY I WILL BE CALLING CHEVY DIRECTLY TO LET THEM KNOW THE TYPE OF PERSON THAT IS REPRESENTING THEM. I own a local business that constantly deals with the general public. If one of my representatives ever spoke to a customer or client the way that Mary did, they would immediately be reprimanded and fired. I am not the type of person to take time out of my day leave a negative review, a matter of fact this is my first time ever doing so. My experience with this dealer was nothing but games. My wife and I were contacted regarding a conversion van was for sale. We met with Harry and came to agreement regarding the van for purchase with $50 My wife and I were contacted regarding a conversion van was for sale. We met with Harry and came to agreement regarding the van for purchase with $5000 trade in value. I was contacted the next day and told that more money was required for down payment no $15,000 however no offer of approval or apr was presented to me. Then contacted again moments later and changed the $15,000 to now $20,000 still no offer or apr. When I asked for info on what I was approved for and the apr still nothing presented and I was told I was declined after I had to follow regarding the sale. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I definitely would not recommend this dealer to anyone as they will bait and switch you More
