The entire experience—from the initial visit to the final paperwork—was disorganized and frustrating. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone. We will be looking to seek legal action due to being forced to sign a second contract in order for our vehicle to be registered. More

The worst part about this is, I’ve been buying vehicles from these people for 20 years from when they took over the entire team from ramp in PJ. Purchased myself $150,000 vehicle that should sound like a cat purring but instead sounds like a diesel truck when it’s idling. Instead of taking my vehicle in and doing things the right way they lied and told me to bring it home until the parts came, but all they were doing was buying themselves so I didn’t have to pay for The car in a buyback because there was so many issues with it. After bringing it to a second dealership, the dealership agreed something was wrong. Now this is where GM comes around and lies as well. They’re saying that the diesel sound is due to the fact that it was a hand built vehicle, not built by a machine and these issues are not Warranty worthy because they are bulletins do not show it being a major issue. My argument back at them was is, why I try to trade the car back in they’re giving me $10,000 less because the vehicle doesn’t sound right. The truth is they don’t care either. At the end of the day, Chevy 112 lied to me on multiple occasions after being a loyal customer for years. In my opinion, their service department cannot be trusted, and they will do whatever they can to get out of doing the right thing by their customers. I ended up going to another car dealership purchasing two additional vehicles within hours. Deal was done no problem whatsoever. And that was the dealership who’s been helping me with the issues I’ve been having with my 2024 diesel truck Z06. I ordered a new Trax for her from this dealer- 45 miles from home- specifically because of their promise- and they honored it. When the car arrived, they sent a text with the numbers on the contract. They applied the qualifying rebates. They sold the car for under sticker. No "xx". They got all the necessary papers in advance - the Healthcare rebate, applied the GMCard earnings, license, insurance - to streamline delivery. We walked in and drove out in about an hour. Excellent all around. Sales rep Steve O is very attentive and provided an amazing presentation of the vehicle, with CarPlay, Onstar and MyChevrolet app setup. Car was delivered in perfect condition. This is a dealership that I could send my mom in to buy a car, knowing she'd get a great car and a fair deal. More
