I ordered a new Trax for her from this dealer- 45 miles from home- specifically because of their promise- and they honored it. When the car arrived, they sent a text with the numbers on the contract. They applied the qualifying rebates. They sold the car for under sticker. No "xx". They got all the necessary papers in advance - the Healthcare rebate, applied the GMCard earnings, license, insurance - to streamline delivery. We walked in and drove out in about an hour. Excellent all around. Sales rep Steve O is very attentive and provided an amazing presentation of the vehicle, with CarPlay, Onstar and MyChevrolet app setup. Car was delivered in perfect condition.
