I have used Chestatee Ford for years . This is my fifth vehicle. Brad was new to me as I have only used Larry Watkins, who has retired, at this dealership before. I felt like I got a good deal and will be back in 9 or 10 years. I do believe instead of giving an incentive for financing you should give one for writing a check and being done with it. I was looking for a new car but wasn't settled on which one. I knew I was interested in the new Explorer but was still open to options. Andy let me test drive the Explorer and we also decided to driv which one. I knew I was interested in the new Explorer but was still open to options. Andy let me test drive the Explorer and we also decided to drive the new Edge. After leaving, I was really impressed with both but the Edge was a little more in my price range. I decided to go look at GMC at Mall of Georgia and wasn't impressed with the vehicle as much as I expected to be and very umipressed with the new sales person they had (he knew about as much as I did from the internet). At this point I went across the street to the Mall of GA Ford to show the Edge to my wife and we had a great sales person there as well but we weren't thrilled with all of the back and forth on price and trade-in value (or lack thereof). After leaving frustrated about the trade-in we went home. A couple of days later Andy let me test drive the Edge for the night and we were sold. We went back and ran some numbers with Andy and after talking for a little while we decided to buy it there even though we had a great offer from Mall of GA as well. I appreciate working with people that I feel like I could go have a drink with afterwards and I felt that way at Chestatee Ford. They really made us feel like family and didn't jerk us around with different types of sales numbers or plans. They will come highly recommended from me. More

Entering the Chestatee Ford dealership, Brad Minard was very friendly & welcoming but not overbearing.
