Amazing Customer Service!!!! I called in when my car would not start and asked for service and thay were closed and my heart sank. I explained my problem and that they were my mechanics and I was not su would not start and asked for service and thay were closed and my heart sank. I explained my problem and that they were my mechanics and I was not sure what to do. Mr. Simmons walked me through how to check for a lose battery and then came to me with a jump. He also reset my alarm and did not charge for the sevice. It is so wonderful to know that such nice people work there and I will only trust them with my car. More

This was SO much easier than expected! And we love our Fusion - it is a pleasure to drive it.
