Andy was fantastic to work with. We pretty much had decided we wanted a 2013 Escape. I love the new body design. After test driving a couple of them I became attached to the 1.6 Ecoboost with the tec decided we wanted a 2013 Escape. I love the new body design. He let us drive what we wanted and then choose the one we wanted. After we completed the sell, he gave us a tour of all the features and got my phone connected. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Chestatee. We consider them our home dealership and will use them from now on for all sales and service needs. More

We were both a bit skeptical about buying a car but we were both very surprised about the customer service. We were expecting to be rushed or pressured but our salesman, Gene, was very laid back and neve were both very surprised about the customer service. We gave him a list of what we wanted in a car and he searched the dealers in the area and found the one for us. He was not only helpful but a nice guy to deal with, and I plan on going back to get a truck and dealing with him again. If anyone I know goes there I will definitely refer them to him for service.
