I was trying to buy a car (my first ever) for my disabled mother. He went so far out of his way I am still dumbfounded months later. He not only showed compassion, he was a wealth of knowledge and took the time to explain things in a manner that I could understand. He was not pushy at all, and went above and beyond by doing things such as touching up the cleaning job the service department did, triple checking EVERYTHING, researching on the internet for cosmetic parts, after I bought it & I knew it needed some things done. John helped me arrange to get the work done. He also picked up the car to check the service work & helped deliver it back to my mom. He quickly became not only a car salesman, but a friend. Then months after the car sale he contacted me just to check up on my mom. WHAT CAR SALESMAN DOES THAT? When I buy my next car I have every intention of going all the way back to Georgia to go thru John. The man is truly an asset to Chestatee Ford! More
