Great service I have leased two vehicles from this dealership....and made it a point to go back to my original salesman. In all the years that I have purchased and I have leased two vehicles from this dealership....and made it a point to go back to my original salesman. In all the years that I have purchased and leased vehicles I have never had such a good experience. Everything went smoothly.....with no hours of back and forth....and the usual bantering. I felt that they listened to what we wanted to pay.....and that they wanted us to be pleased when we drove a new car off their lot... Paperwork was handled very well. And I found all the employees that I came in contact with to be extremely cordial. I would recommend this dealership and know that I will be back at the end of my lease. More

Great Customer Service I purchased a car from Chestatee and did almost the entire deal via the internet and phone calls to the salesman Brad Minard. He was responsive, even I purchased a car from Chestatee and did almost the entire deal via the internet and phone calls to the salesman Brad Minard. He was responsive, even after hours, and always professional. He was patient to answer a litany of questions from me as I tried to get comfortable buying a car from several states away. In the end, the car was better than advertised and Brad delivered on every promise he made ahead of my travel from Columbus, OH to their dealership in Georgia. I would certainly purchase from them again - even from 700+ miles away as it was worth the time to be treated as one should be treated on a major purchase. More
