John Duke ROCKS!!!! John is the most customer service oriented person you will ever meet! I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he delivered.....literally! John is very easy to work with and does not try to pressure you at all. I am a repeat customer of John's from his former dealership. I looked him up when I was ready to buy again. As usual, he went to work and found the perfect vehicle for me. John has contacted me since the sale to make sure I am not having any issues. Again, awesome customer service! Ask for John Duke, you will not regret it! Mark in Finance did a great job too! He had everything ready when I arrived to complete my paperwork. He had printed out pricing with various extended warranty options so I could see the impact on the cost of the vehicle. There was no pressure to add the warranties, just plenty of information to help me make an informed decision. Great customer service by Mark! More
