Owner Steve was a great help as well. I came in and asked for Brad and Mark in finance tolde Brad was not in at the moment but Mark found Steve to help me until Brad returned to the dealership. I drove a car with Steve and walked the lot until Brad arrived. After listening to my need to have great back support and hands off loading Brad suggested the Edge Sport for me. Although my new Edge has many features I would not be patient enough to ever utilize Brad MADE me stay and take the extra time to learn the new devices I had just purchased. He did this after I told him I never took the time to learn about the Escape I purchased five years ago from Brad. I need a lot more one on one instruction than most and Brad picked up on this. Also the dealership itself is very welcoming including the staff that was not involved in my purchase. Connie knew her stuff and was very easygoing and low pressure. The whole process took about 1.5 hours from start to finish as we had no trade in. We felt like we got a great deal. When I was concerned about something in the coolant reservoir they let us have a loaner truck for the weekend until their service department could come in to check it out. Very pleased. This time I drove an hour and a half to Chesta I bought Fords from Brad Minard for years when he was near Stockbridge - fifteen minutes from my house. This time I drove an hour and a half to Chestatee Ford because he does not play games; he just helps you get a good vehicle at a good price. I was very happy to find that the other people I met at Chestatee were there to help as well. Kip Harvey, the Finance Manager and General Sales Manager Randy Berry were very nice and efficient as well. I am very pleased with my new Escape, and will be back with my husband in the near future for a new Explorer! It is nice to do business with friends-both new and old at Chestatee Ford. More
