I have purchased 4 vehicles from Chesrown. I always looked elsewhere, but their free service program was always the tie breaker and we were always able to make the deal. I was treated poorly a year ago when I purchased my vehicle so I should have known better than to return. I was told it would be 10-15 minutes for a response. After about 30 minutes I went back inside just to see my salesman working with another customer. No courtesy was givin to me what’s so ever. There were tons of other salesman standing around just shooting the xxxx with each other while I stand there and look stupid. The only reasoning I can possibly come up with is either because I’m a woman or because I had a black man with me! Racist or sexist! Sad to think that’s even a possibility in this day of age but this was my second experience and both times I have been made to feel like xxxx. This all happened 4 hours ago and now they are closed and not one attempt at communication. Just sad really! More
