That perked my ears up as I was thinking is this a scam since besides one old man who refused the service everyone else was.women. Today I came out to get in my car and there is a dirty perfect circle on my driver's seat, I take great pride in keeping my vehicle spotless. So after $106 and a stain needless to say I will not be taking my vehicle back for service and will continue to continue to use my own mechanic who I know I know I can trust with my vehicle. More

However, throughout my order process, Joe was extremely helpful and kept me up to date on all updates with my order and I would definitely recommend setting an appointment with him for your vehicle purchase. Sorry we couldn't make it work this time but I plan on returning when I am in the market for a vehicle again. Thank you for your time! More

Selling the GMC product with known manufacturer defects is WRONG! Do your research on Infotainment System and Class Action lawsuits. No remedy, repair or refund from Chesrown or GMC. It is not in the public's best safety interest to have have these automobiles on the road. After acknowledging GMC has a known Infotainments systems issue, with no known repair-Chesrown (Jim Gill) refuses to buyback in full, though the auto was still under full warranty. More
