What an delightful experience purchasing our 2010 GMC Acadia from Chesrown and Mike Dunaway Being a two car family we have purchased eight vehicles over the last twenty years. I am experienced at researching the vehicles I consider purchasing. I have always shopped around for the vehicle I wanted to get the best deal so I have experienced most of the sales tactics used in the competitive automobile sales business. We did not feel the pressured into making the purchase. We described our needs and asked a lot of questions that were answered promptly and honestly. We were given a fair price for the Acadia we selected and make a reasonable counter-offer which was accepted. When we finalized the paper work the next day we were credited with another rebate we didn't even know existed. When we picked up the Acadia the next day Mike very patiently went through all the features of the new vehicle showing us how everything worked. He followed up with a couple of phone calls to see if we had any problems or questions. When we had questions about the functioning of the heater/AC system he came to our house to show us how it worked. We appreciated the phone call from Mr. Gill thanking us for purchasing our Acadia from Chesrown. Again, Mike, thank you for a pleasurable experience. Gary and Ruth Rusk More

I walked in on a Friday afternoon for a test drive, ended up taking the car home for an extended test drive, and drove home in the car of my dreams Monday evening! With a very special shout out to Tom Stephens my salesman, I’d like to take a moment to share with you my appreciation of Tom's quality of service and professionalism. Tom was extremely very knowledgeable about the car, was always honest and truthful and did everything he could to accommodate my needs. Most of my experiences with a car dealership are usually less than pleasant. This experience was different. The miniute I walked into the door I was placed with a salesman who was pleasant,informative and m less than pleasant. This experience was different. Two months ago I was shopping for a new truck, I compared several dealerships and other online sources and was having trouble finding exactly what I wanted. The guys at Chesrown were amazing to work with and several dealerships and other online sources and was having trouble finding exactly what I wanted. The guys at Chesrown were amazing to work with and found me the exact truck I wanted, with the mileage I wanted, in the right color and all the right features which I’m not sure how they did it. They had the truck ready to go two days later. After driving it for several weeks I had a problem and was worried because it was out of warranty but they took a look and fixed the problem at no additional cost. Best used car experience I've ever had in my life. More
