I would highly recommend Chesrown and Ryan Gill. I shopped around for over a month and when I stepped into Chesrown's showroom I felt welcomed and was treated like a person, not another sale. I can't say that for some of the "big box" dealers I visited. Chesrown is a family owned business and offers personalized service from the owners to salespeople like Joe and Dick. I was very specific with regard to model, color and options and they followed up and were able to deliver on the exact car. I'm not found of the Mega Dealerships, and usually enter a dealership with the same feeling as going to the dentist. But Chesrown has that small town personality and customer service that makes dealing comf a dealership with the same feeling as going to the dentist. Good dependabnle service. Honest, don't try and sell me a service I don't need. I pass two other Buick dealerships to have mine done at Chesrown in Delaware. Glad to call them friends. Another tried to sell me part that were or were not under warrenty (depending on which "manager" you talked to. Won't have anything to do with them either. I have found a reliable dealership and will travel the extra mile to have sales and service! More

From the initial test drive to delivery, every employee even the sales associates not working with us were beyond friendly. We test drove our vehicle on Sunday and wanted to sleep on it before making our decision. Joe stayed 3 hours after to meet with us Monday evening not knowing if we were going to make a purchase or not. I would and have recommended them to others. More
We moved to the area in September 2010 and I stopped in at Chesrown to check out their service department and met Tom Mason.
