I'm not found of the Mega Dealerships, and usually enter a dealership with the same feeling as going to the dentist. But Chesrown has that small town personality and customer service that makes dealing comf a dealership with the same feeling as going to the dentist. Good dependabnle service. Honest, don't try and sell me a service I don't need. I pass two other Buick dealerships to have mine done at Chesrown in Delaware. Glad to call them friends. Another tried to sell me part that were or were not under warrenty (depending on which "manager" you talked to. Won't have anything to do with them either. I have found a reliable dealership and will travel the extra mile to have sales and service! More
