We visited and called several dealers before our first test drive co-ordinated with Tom and indeed were treated as tire kickers- never once did I feel Tom didn't want to answer our questions or that he didn't consider us actual buyers. We bought a GMC which are available all over town, we bought from Chesrown because from the cashier to the owner there was a real sense of team work and friendship. I am confident the service on our truck will be handled in much the same way. Tom gave a quick tour of the shop and introduced us to the service team, this is where the majority of our business with Chesrown will take place and I enjoyed the fact that there was a feeling of team from the sales to the service side of the dealership.
