Joe and the others at Chesrown were very good to work with. No pressure or pushy sales. Joe met us on the lot while browsing. When we arrived back at the dealership from our ttest drive, we were encourgad to drive others with differenet features. Even when we had interest in another vehicle type there was no resistnace. Again, Joe brought out several for us to drive. All in all the deal was more than easy to make with no haggle or long drawn out sales pitch. We also met the general manager Ryan who was very easy to talk with. We told him it was probably the friendlist car buying experince we ever had.
