I simple asked if a vehicle in stock was able to match a deal give by another store on a similar unit. Mario procceded to call me a dumb xxx and I had no clue what I was talking about. Further more was told to reevaluate what I knew about buying a vehicle. I'm completely blown away on how they have someone like this even on the staff. At the end of the day, I purchase elsewhere and will do my part in making sure everyone I know does not purchase any vehicles from this place. More

I told them I was pressed for time and couldn't wait. Jay over heard me and said he could get it done in a hour. Robert did the paper work up and as I signed I laughed and said your hour starts now. Robert came in the lobby and got me 35 minutes later and I was out the door. It's people like you that make life so much easier. Thanks guys for making my day. Georgann More
Serious Communication Issues Talked with Mike on Wednesday afternoon regarding a used vehicle we were interested in. After obtaining the information that he provided, we decided to pursue a trip to the dealership the following morning, as it is a 3 hour drive. We notified Mike that we would be leaving the following morning, for the trip to Columbus, he responded 'Great'. We also talked to the internet sales manager, and told him the same thing. We left the following morning, for the 3 hour trip, and text Mike that we were on our way. Halfway there we got a text and a phone call that the vehicle had been sold. Apparently Mike and the internet sales manager did not communicate with anyone that we were coming from out of town, or they just didn't care. We ask for a little gas reimbursement, and have yet to hear anything. We drove 100 miles, one way, just to be told the vehicle had been sold. We were ready to buy... On our way home, we stopped at a number of dealerships, and found a vehicle, paid cash. More
too many trips back Bad experience. Took forever the day of buying, car was not cleaned properly and then they forgot to put a rug back in had to come back the next day a Bad experience. Had some repairs done, took two days longer than what they said it will take. The memorandum title never came in 30 days so had to pay 18 dollars to get extended temp tags , and to get a refund for the 18 dollars had to come back to the dealership AGAIN, that's twice in one day. Never again. More

Shopping for a good quality used vehicle I needed a more reliable vehicle, so I went to Chesrown, where I also receive free oil changes and tire rotations for the life of the vehicle. Walt Stewart was great in assisting me with finding a vehicle. His laid back demeanor and his willingness to get answers to all of my questions were very helpful. As a fellow service member, he and I had quite a bit to talk about, which made it a pleasant trip. Walt and Jim Gill did a great job of providing me with a great quality vehicle at a great price.
