After a deal was finally reached, it took three months and many phone calls trying to get them to honor their incentives that were promised to me after buying a new truck. Free oil changes and tirevfoations for life is nice, but plan on waiting well over an hour every time...even with an appointment. More

CHESROWN - A GREAT PLACE TO BUY A CAR I checked out a couple of cars on line that I thought I would like, went to the dealer, met Tom Stephens, what a very friendly & helpful salesman, tol I checked out a couple of cars on line that I thought I would like, went to the dealer, met Tom Stephens, what a very friendly & helpful salesman, told him what I was interested in, he told me that he had sold the car new, it had been maintained & serviced regularly at Chesrown, he brought the car up to the front door, told me to have fun driving it. It was too small for me, a Buick LaCrosse, So I had him bring up a 2013 Chevrolet Impala. Drove it, loved it, bought it. Everyone at Chesrown was very friendly & helpful.
