Makes Buying a New Car a Great Experience This is the fourth car purchased from Mike and the 5th from Chesrown. We drive over 60 miles due to the excellent experience we have here. Great Experience with Chesrown I contacted the dealership and had an awesome conversation with Mr. Mike "Otis" Dunaway. I first wanted to verify that the car was still available and I contacted the dealership and had an awesome conversation with Mr. Mike "Otis" Dunaway. I first wanted to verify that the car was still available and that it was red w/ black interior and had a factory panoramic moonroof installed - Mike validated that the car was still there and all the bells & whistles it came with. It was 'EXACTLY' what I been looking for. The 3.5 hour drive from KY to OH was nothing to get my baby girl 2015 Chevy Impala 2LT whom I named "STARR" w/ Wi-Fi name of Cowgirl4Life. You see I'm a die hard Dallas Cowboy fan and I love me some Ezekiel Elliott - so it was of great pleasure to be in the city up the street from Ohio State University making my purchase. Mr. Mike and his co-workers were all extremely friendly and made my experience that much more enjoyable. Mr. Mike baked me and my boys some AWESOME chocolate chip cookies, my mom enjoyed her popcorn as well LOL! He was an overly nice fantastic guy that I enjoyed conversing & doing business with. He also checked on me to ensure I arrived home safely. Thank you Mike for this smile I can't seem to erase off my face :) Mike and Chesrown gets 5 stars in my book!!! More
