Jim Thompson was my sales rep and made that experience unlike any other dealer I've visited. Jim was a no pressure down to earth salesman who really takes interest in you as a person. He doesnt think of you as just another car/truck being sold. Just that experience made me come back when it was time for another vehicle. Jim made this experience the same as the last, and John the sales manager REALLY helped out when it came to talking numbers. Between the 2 they make Chesrown my go to dealer for my vehicles and service! Thank you Chesrown! I love my new Duramax!!!!! More
