My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that was advertised in great condition with no issues. However, I discovered t disappointing and frustrating. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that was advertised in great condition with no issues. However, I discovered that the check engine light was on in the advertisement pictures before the purchase, which the dealership had inadvertently left in. Despite being told that the Jeep was traded in great condition, the vehicle has had numerous problems. At the time of purchase, the vehicle had slightly over 100,000 miles, specifically 102,000, which led to my denial of a warranty. Consequently, I opted for GAP insurance and Premier Auto coverage. Just three days after the purchase, I had to drive 3.5 hours back to Ohio as I was denied a loaner car. The dealership informed me that my Jeep had been sent to another dealership for further assessment, but they refused to provide the contact information for that dealership. After calling around, I found that no dealership had my Jeep. Eventually, the original dealership claimed the Jeep was fine and returned it to me. Upon its return, I immediately noticed that the vehicle was still not functioning properly. After several refusals, I was finally allowed to take it to a local dealership, which quickly identified and repaired the transmission issue. Despite only owning the Jeep for four months, I have had to pay over $1,000 for repairs, during which I have fixed or replaced over eight parts, and it continues to experience problems daily. Currently, it suffers from a significant loss of power, extreme humming noises, and other issues. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation amicably, including seeking reimbursement or assistance for future repairs, the dealership's sales manager was dismissive and unprofessional. He informed me that Ohio Lemon Laws do not apply and showed no interest in resolving my concerns. I have filed complaints with the Ohio Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau (BBB), but the dealership continues to be uncooperative and dishonest throughout the process. It is clear that the dealership lacks integrity and professionalism, as evidenced by the numerous complaints—over 15—from other customers on the Ohio Attorney General's website. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this establishment, especially a used one. They employ typical high-pressure sales tactics and show little regard for customer satisfaction. Save your money and go elsewhere. More
I was greeted by a chevy representative as soon as I reached the site. I told Desmond what I was interested in and he showed me what they had in stock. Desmond went over all the controls with me and got me set up on My Chevrolet. Everything was done very professionally and thoroughly. I was quite happy with my experience at Chesrown Chevrolet. More
