My Mom bought an S80, My experience at Cherry Hill Volvo has been nothing but the best! I had never owned or considered purchasing a Volvo before. My Mom bought an S80, a life long dream, from Mr. Cohen, and was amazed by the overall experience at Cherry Hill Volvo. The entire team was extremely kind, helpful and experienced. As a previous Honda owner, I never thought I would visit a Volvo dealership. Let me tell you, I was in for a treat! My only experience prior to my Mom's S80 was the old boxy style Volvo that my Grandfather owned for years. Things have changed! The current Volvo's are beyond expectations. They are sleek, smooth and safe. After hearing my Mom rave about Cherry Hill Volvo, I went to see what all the fuss was about. Well, well, well. I was in for a treat. Currently, I am the proud owner of a new S60. Everyone was so curtious, helpful and honest from the Sales team to the Service department; there is no other place I would ever consider buying an automobile from. This is the beginning of many Volvo's to come for me from the Cherry Hill Volvo family. P.S- This is the only dealership where the Owner will personally put your license plate on for you, among many other things. The Rosen Family~ More
I had a tire blow out on 76E, 6 miles from the Cherry Hill Volvo. Had to have it towed because I only had a donut and was traveling too far to use it so I had to replace the tire. I called the dealer, telling Junior from the Service Dept, I was traveling and needed to replace the tire, he said they were opened until 6pm and would be able to take care of it if we can get the car there in time. Volvo Roadside assistance also talked to the dealership and again Junior reiterated they are open till 6pm and would stay a little later if necessary. My self and my passenger called the dealership several more times as we got updates to our arrival status. Enroute, in the tow truck, at about 5:25, my friend called Junior to report we were just a few minutes away. We got to the dealership about 5:35pm. He told us we had to go to him because the cost of the tire was covered and they wouldn't cover the cost if we went elsewhere. When we arrived Junior told us that his techs left at 4:30 and he stated he never told us he would take care of us if we arrived by 6pm. He downright lied to us...we were flabbergasted! We could not believe this man just out and out lied to us continually! Then he tells us the tire isn't covered. So we are stuck in Cherry Hill with no car and no one to fix it. Junior couldn't even tell us if they had a replacement tire in stock. He didn't even know how far you can drive on a donut. He couldn't answer any questions - absolutely useless, with a bad attitude not to mention deceiving. I asked them for a loaner for the night and they said no because I had never used their dealership but I could rent a car from Enterprise. I repeatedly asked them to cover the cost of the loaner and they finally relented and said they MAY cover half. We finally got the rental and got out of there. I bought my 2011 Volvo from Wynn in Norristown, PA where they treat their customers with great respect and provide excellent customer service, they always go above and beyond - I knew without a doubt had I been at Wynn they would have taken good care of me without any hassles whatsoever.I called my salesperson, Sandy at Wynn the following day and told her what had taken place, she immediately stepped in, made the necessary calls and we were comped the cost of the rental. Cherry Hill Volvo should take a lesson (or 10) from Wynn Volvo. Cherry Hill needs to train their staff - start with Customer Service 101! More
THE WORST. they lied to us about service and about loaner car policies to get us to purchase a 2010 volvo. Once we purchased, our car need some glass and leather work done due to a vandalism issue. they flat out refused to honor the loaner car policy they promised us and have taken over 3 weeks to repair our car - because they "cant get the parts" to repair the brand new car. they don't get back to you when you call to check on your vehicle for days. they are rude. they basically do not care, the only goal is to tell you anything to get you to buy a car from them and after that they treat you terribly. we even asked to talk to the service manager, dennis, however, he refused to speak with us and instead elected to sit at his desk and watch us in the waiting room from his all glass office. i tried to complain to volvo, but they wouldn't get involved and deemed it a dealership issue. long story short, this is a terrible volvo dealer, they are rude and have serious problems with their service department. i have driven volvos all my life and have never encounterd such a horrible dealer. never, ever buy from them unless you want nothing but rudeness and hassle in return. My wife and I bought our 2011 XC90 at Cherry Hill Volvo. This is our second Volvo purchased from this dealer and both times were the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We had done much research ahead of time on the particular model we were interested in. They had 20 XC60's in their inventory which was pretty good to start. We were greeted by Nick France, a very professional, courteous and respectful salesman. We told him what we were interested in and he could tell we new a lot about the vehicle we were considering buying, but so did this sales person. We usually over research anything we are looking to buy especially a vehicle, so we usually know more about it it terms of options, specs, and performance than the salesperson does. This time the sales person actually knew the vehicles he was selling inside and out. This gave us a feeling of confidence that we were not on our own but could use the help of someone knowledgeable about the vehicle to help us choose the right one. Test driving was easy too. Just a copy of your drivers license and your on your way. The salesperson doesn't come with you. My wife and I could take our time driving vehicles and discussing between ourselves what we thought of them. There is absolutely no pressure here. We also met the owner/ president of the dealership Judith Krupnick. She sold us our first Volvo in 2003. What a wonderful down to earth person. I told her how I felt buying our first Volvo from her and she got teary eyed hearing it. She will tell you and believe me she is sincere, a person should buy a car not be sold one. That attitude trickles down into the whole operation here and was evident on the day of our purchase. After we choose our vehicle, then they took our keys on our trade in to appraise it. Most dealers would have taken the keys early on. To me that is a tactic of holding you, your keys , and your documents hostage so you don't leave. This dealer does the opposite. They only sell cars to people who want them. Now let me talk about the price. I was not a hundred percent sure we were going to come home with a new vehicle on this day. The day before I looked up the Kelly Blue Book value of our trade in. When the salesman Nick came back with the value of our trade in and what they would actually sell the vehicle we wanted for I could not believe the numbers. We were fully prepared to haggle but the trade in amount was more than I expected and the price of the vehicle was much less than the sticker. Call us a wimp but I said yes we will take for fear they would change there mind. They promptly prepared our new vehicle and we soon went home with our beautiful Volvo XC60 T6. Not only would we recommend this dealer but a person would be foolish to go anywhere else. Also I would like to add that the show room, waiting room, and service department are spotless. The entire place is spotless and looks amazing. That tells me the dealer takes pride in their establishment in all categories. More
The service was amazing. The problem came up on Sunday and my wife and I were very busy and I emailed the dealership, they emailed me back that evening, and came to pick up my car the next morning, update and my wife and I were very busy and I emailed the dealership, they emailed me back that evening, and came to pick up my car the next morning, updated me by email during the day, and delivered the car back to my home later that evening. It was the best service experience I have had in 20 years over several dealerships and brands. More
