I contacted the dealership mid-week for their assistance, the Owner and General Manager have been very helpful through the years and they arranged for us to work with Chris Buonovolta. Chris spent all morning test driving cars with me--both new and pre-owned, and answered all my questions. After going home for a few hours to think about my purchase, I returned to the dealership with my husband and we made the final decision. Everything was taken care of by Chris and his colleagues without any hassle. We drove home that evening with a new car! It was a great experience and I love my new car! More

With that said, I have walked out of many luxury car dealerships due to how I was treated. Chris Buonavolta never once came across as a "car salesman", instead he listened, researched and made sure that I left with the perfect car for me! He was friendly, approachable and truly wanted me to enjoy the car shopping and purchase experience! CHV service staff are top notch too!
