THEY LIED ABOUT MY WARRANTY. 2018 Mirage G4, 67k Miles. I called in to inquire about my axle being under warranty. There was an huge crack in it, & I've only done regular city & commute driving(weird). I was called in to inquire about my axle being under warranty. I was told over the phone REPEATEDLY, by the manager and the associate, that the only things covered in the 100k mile powertrain warranty were the engine and the transmission, & the axle was apart of the 60k/5yr warranty(lie). Upon inspection of the warranty on THEIR WEBSITE (below) i found multiple parts of the axle and the axle itself are, in fact, covered under the powertrain warranty. Which makes me think... if I WOULD'VE paid the $1,500 for this repair, where would the money be going if this was under warranty? Right. & funny enough I cant get the service desk on the phone any more.. sheisty. I called a different Mitsubishi Dealer & they told me axles are technically covered under BOTH the 60k/5yrs AND the 100k/10yrs.. My whole family has bought from here & i never thought i would get done like this. I'm writing this to say, do your research before you pay for ANYTHING here. tried it More

My main exoerience with this dealership has been with the service dept over the years for check ups, oil changes, etc and this last time for a major repair! My fiancé and I came to Cherry Hill Mitsubishi to purchase an Outlander. We had a great experience with the salesman Christian. He was very straight forward and transparent throughout our whole time purchase an Outlander. We had a great experience with the salesman Christian. The only issue we ran into was that there was only one person working in finance that day so we were stuck there for 6 hours waiting on paperwork to sign.
