The general This was by far the worst dealership I've ever went to. The sales associate TJ liked thru his teeth to make a sale and collect commission. The general manager Bill Kopp is a coward and wanted to actually try to fight me but was unwilling to go give me his address like the gentlemen he was being. He started talking about cops so I figured he was shaking in his boots. Anyway TJ told me that after 12 months I could return my car and that the negative equity wouldn't roll into my next lease. So when the 12 month period came I went in to trade my car and get into the next lease at the promotion price. He came back to me and told me a payment that was double my original payment and tried telling me it was a good deal!! Hahaha these guys are con artist and should be out of business. I made a complaint with the BBB and every review I read has a similar story of horrible customer service. These guys will be out of business in no time More
Not happy My husband and I went to this dealership to test drive a used Nissan Versa. We liked the salesman (Mike) and we were interested in purchasing the car My husband and I went to this dealership to test drive a used Nissan Versa. We liked the salesman (Mike) and we were interested in purchasing the car. We gave an offer, they gave us their price, etc. However, the car didn't come with any warranty; it was being sold as is. They offered us a 3-month warranty for an additional $2K. The manager (?) owner (?) came over and insisted it was a good deal, great car. However, if it was such a great deal, we felt he would stand behind it with at least a 3-month warranty that we wouldn't be charged for. Or at least not $2K for one. He was starting to get a little belligerent, and that turned me off even more. We didn't make the purchase. He could have been less old-school, and overbearing about it. He was an older man, so that probably accounts for it, though his demeanor and behavior were still inexcusable. Incidentally, he (mgr? owner?) was the first person to greet us when we first arrived. No handshake, no smile, poor attitude. We were more friendly than he was! Go figure. Anyway, that's my experience with this particular dealership. More
Good Experience Purchased a used 2013 Outlander Sport LE, the staff was friendly and worked with me so we could get a deal done. The process was a good experience. Purchased a used 2013 Outlander Sport LE, the staff was friendly and worked with me so we could get a deal done. The process was a good experience. I was able to make a decision on a car, trade in my old car, get financing and get out the door in just over 2+ hours. Bob Badolato was great to work with. Kudos to the whole staff! More

I received 2 phone cal I dropped off my 2012 Mitsubishi outlander for a oil changed and for them to look at my muffler it was making a Rattling noise. I received 2 phone calls that my 2012 Mitsubishi outlander was ready. I went in pay my bill and get my keys I spoke with David Gordon he said that they just tighten a bolt on the muffler and everything is fine. I went to the cashier to pay for my oil change I saw that the bill from only an oil change was $113.00. I talked with the cashier and David who ignored me over this insane bill. The next day I spoke with Chris Kehner he said that he would refund $50.00 to be and the tip.of my muffler wasn't on my 2012 Mitsubishi outlander he doesn't know anything about that. He said that he would look into it and call me back in a few hours. Well surprising enough he didn't I called back the dealership and the only person that was there is David Gordon. He knows nothing about my car or what me and Chris Kehner had talked about. He said I can't help you with anything yet he was the one that called my twice Arnett messages on my phone about my 2012 Mitsubishi outlander the day before. Horrible service I would never go back first and last time there. I had always gone to the Buhler Mitsubishi in Eatontown only went to cherry hill Mitsubishi dealership I was in the area visiting family. Also for a synthetic oil change at my dealership Buhler Mitsubishi Dealership in Eatontown is only $58.00 More
Once Happy, Returning Customer now never to return I have bought a vehicle from this dealership 3 years ago and was very pleased with the up front costs and professional sales people. Inquired about a I have bought a vehicle from this dealership 3 years ago and was very pleased with the up front costs and professional sales people. Inquired about a new vehicle online and received a quick response from their online group stating that the online price quote I received could be beat with major incentives if I made it in that day or the next. I made the hour trip to purchase a new vehicle with these "incentives" and was told a manager would be waiting for me. Upon arrival, I was met by the manager who handed me off to a salesman who had no idea what was going, though I do not believe it was any fault of the salesman. When it came down to purchasing the vehicle, the lowest price they could do for me was $3000 over what my online quote was for and apparently there were no "special" incentives going on to lower it. Manager was brought back to discuss this misleading sales tactic. Eventually came to a compromise and the vehicle was purchased. At this point the dealership was closing for the night (3 hours later) and the weather was poor, my frustration got the best of me and I jumped in the car and drove home to go to bed. As I was driving home I was having a difficult time seeing clearly due to the heavy rain but then also realized the inside windshield was filthy with greasy spots that I could only smear, not wipe away. Upon arriving home, I checked out the vehicle and found that the dash was filthy and grease was found in the back trunk area. Upon further inspection the next day (in the daylight) I realized an inspection sticker was never placed on the vehicle. I called to follow up and they apologized but then asked me to drive an hour each way to put the sticker on. I know it was a mistake but the over all unpleasant experience makes this seem more aggravating. I was also then informed that I would have to make a second trip again to pick up tags which will not be mailed to me due to their policies. The next day I receive a phone call stating that they have screwed up some paper work and that I will now need to drive out there (no, they can not fax it for me to sign or send a courier) asap to sign the new paper work. The financial person states he is new and I was his first sale alone, so once again I do not want to put fault on someone who is just trying to support themselves and their families but it just seems to be poor management to have this many hiccups in buying a vehicle. As time goes on I realize, and they finally admit, that the reason they want me to come in is to sign papers selling the vehicle for more money than the original amount agreed and signed upon. Due to the amount of time I was at the dealership and their financial person not being available until after they closed, I signed a spot delivery agreement which just states that if the loan was not approved I would be responsible for finding my own financing, which I already had available since my credit is excellent. After not agreeing on needing to come in to sign a new contract, I was threatened that they would be holding onto the registration and plates causing mine to expire. My husband and I have communicated with them whenever they have reached out to us to come to a solution but they never follow up with our concerns and tell us they will get back to us. When they do get back to us, our concerns are never addressed, all they want to know is when we will be driving in to sign more paperwork. I have contacted my lawyer who has looked over all current signed paper work and he agrees that this is a scam to get us to pay more. Our current contract is legally binding. I was always under the impression that when someone says they are there to purchase a vehicle that day (not just browsing) that the dealership would be excited enough to at least be professional and accurate since this is basically a guaranteed sale. I specifically went with this dealership because I had trusted them. I have often recommended them in the past. I feel that they are not the same dealer I bought a vehicle from last time and will not be using them in the future or recommending them again. More
Horrible experience is an understatement for this place! So my siblings and I found a car (used Toyota) that I wanted but it was not there when we got there. The salesperson said that they did not have it an So my siblings and I found a car (used Toyota) that I wanted but it was not there when we got there. The salesperson said that they did not have it anymore. If I would have known now that it was a bait and switch I would have ran from the place. The guy (Robert) asked if we wanted to look at something else. So I asked to see the used Hondas that they had. The first one that they brought out that was in our price range of less than $10,000 was dirty and the inside was trashed. Then they brought out a Silver 2008 Honda Accord and me and my siblings all liked it. We went inside to discuss the price since it was $9,900 and we could not afford that with taxes. We asked for $8,000 and we were going to pay $4,000 cash as a down payment. He said he would go and ask his "boss" if that was okay. He came back and said that the "boss" said that it was okay. So then they started the paperwork while my brother and sister got the money for the down payment. This process took hours because he claimed that someone messed up the paperwork and they had to reprint it. My siblings and I were getting hungry and asked if we could come back to sign the paperwork after we ate. But no Robert insisted on getting the paperwork done. So my siblings went and got food while I stayed back and signed the paperwork. Then I went into the back office where I dealt with another sleazeball named Steve which I did not know was a jerk face at the time. Jerk face is nice compared to what I really want to call him. He just handed me papers and explained it all so quickly and did not let me look at anything especially my contract that said that the agreed price was $9,900 when we negotiated on $8,000. Later my siblings came back and my sister asked to see the contract and Robert said to come back later because it was not available at the time. We came back and he said oh I mailed it to you guys. It is almost a month and we still did not get it in the mail. My sister wanted to know how much the monthly payments were and he told her around $140 a month for 36 months so we trusted his word on that but we should not have. On top of all that, the middle compartment was ripped and he said he would order a part and get it installed for me and that never happened. Three weeks later a representative from the bank that was going to finance the rest of the car payments called me. They needed to verify information. They told me that the contract that was sent from the dealership had my car payments at $243 a month for 36 months and I calculated it and it would be around almost $9,000. Plus we already paid $4,000 cash for the down payment so the total would be around $13,000 for the car when we agreed on $8,000. My sister and I went there and Steve got us a copy of the contract immediately even though Robert told us before that he could not give us a copy of the contract. We found out that Robert was not authorized to give us the car for $8,000 but he did not inform us of that. So we went there and spoke with Steve. He said he would talk to the general manager and we should call him the next day. I tried calling the next day but he kept avoiding my calls so we went there again and he told us there was nothing he could do. Horrible customer service, made us wait a long time, lied blatantly to us, such horrible crooks and liars. They waved us off after they were finished with the sale. After the sale we meant nothing else. Lies , lies, and more lies. I will tell everyone to avoid this place and go somewhere and I mean anywhere but here. More
