Told t I go there to take a look at an Altima. I get there it was sold. So I tell them what I want. After looking at several cars I found one I liked. Told them my limit on payment which was $250. They come back first deal with $3112 down and $390 a month. I should have walked out then. I tel them I’m putting nothing down. So then Jimmy the grandpa of the dealership says $325-330. Told him I’m walking. Keep in mind this is how much they were trying to make. Me putting down $3k and $390 but then nothing down $325-330. I went to talk out then they say ok deal for $300 including gap. I ended up buying some insurance also so my payment 0 down at $311 a month. So they then tell me they have an opening could tell the alignment needed to be done. It would be done Monday. Monday I get told Tuesday. Today at 5pm I get told tomorrow. Absolutely flipping ridiculous at this point. More
Bait and Switch I went in with an appointment to test drive a used Kia-Sorento that is still currently posted online as I write this review. The sales associate says I went in with an appointment to test drive a used Kia-Sorento that is still currently posted online as I write this review. The sales associate says it can't be sold due to some mechanical issues and I then ask the question that you may be asking yourself right now, "why is it online"- the gentleman confidently responds with some type of ambiguous communication issue with how the online part of the company deals with new inventory. I decide to test a few other cars being that I drove 90 minutes to get to the dealer and see something that maybe a decent fit for my needs. While testing, the sales person mentioned the car was $7900. Later while negotiating, the car was magically bumped up to $8995 because the salesperson "made a mistake" and there was no price tag. We then agree at what is made to look like a $2200 discounted price of $8000 out the door. As they hurry to try and get a deposit out of me, I check online because all my previous research and info gathering was for the Kia. Surely enough, the car is listed for $6995, which according to Carguru's, is actually a higher price than the average. I confront them, they play dumb and act like they didn't do anything wrong. So Never gave them a deposit and left. What a horrible experience. LESSONS LEARNED: - Be very careful. These guys were charming and used a 3 tier system sales tactic. The sales associate who comes off as a novice who is unassuming The middle management bearded millennial who comes off polite, smart and calculating Jimmy "the gray haired manager" is textbook used car salesman. Charming grandpa type. Familiar with all the traditional persuasive & rapport building tactics. He talked about family and pushed for me to talk about myself. He's the type of guy that would even try & kiss your baby if he thought it would close a deal. - Fool me once shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. I heavily advise we do our research online for the baseline price of anything we're looking to buy. We shouldn't let dealers take a deposit until we have done this. - Lastly, we should never make an emotional decision when spending thousands of hard earned dollars. If sales people have convinced us to think "I feel good about this deal" and we haven't done our homework, then the chances are likely that we're NOT getting a very good deal. More

The absolute worst! Run and run fast! We set up an appointment to get a recall fixed. A salesguy calls my husband and says he can put us in a 2017 for the same monthly payment. My husband We set up an appointment to get a recall fixed. A salesguy calls my husband and says he can put us in a 2017 for the same monthly payment. My husband was curious as to how they could possibly do that so we sat through it. They came back with some crazy number and we flat out said no thanks. So they get us a different model and the numbers were still too high. After three or four people coming to us with new numbers, we finally settled on a deal. We sign some papers and get ready to leave. They then say we will make an appointment for you to come back and finish the paperwork. I felt that was wrong from the beginning but let it go. Took the car home. We go back to sign the rest of the paper work and after sitting there waiting for almost 2 hours, their finance guy tells us the numbers aren't working and they need us to pay another $150 more a month for 84 months as apposed to the 72 we previously agreed to! That's when it hit the fan and I went off and demanded my trade in back. They apoligized over and over and came back with a fantastic deal that some wouldn't dream of giving up. But no shot that I will deal with them ever again for any kind of bargain. It's flat out consumer fraud, lies and deceit. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It's not worth the two entire days you'll lose of dealing with them. More

They tried to get me to do a spot delivery, which is btw a scam. After continuously asking for paper work showing specifics they just tried their hardest to push this car on me, which by the way wasn't in that great condition. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would ! Idk how they are even still open for business. I expect more from a dealership, especially in the cherry hill area ! More

Slimy, manipulative xxxxxxxx This was my first time buying a new car, and instead of being ecstatic as I drove away, I felt drained and violated. They will do everything within This was my first time buying a new car, and instead of being ecstatic as I drove away, I felt drained and violated. They will do everything within legal limits to scam you out of as much money as they can, up to and including increasing the price on the contract by thousands of dollars without ever mentioning it after agreeing on a price and being told my financing was approved. If you know your way around scummy car dealers then you might be able to avoid getting scammed, but they do not deserve your time or your business. More
