This place is the worst dealership I have ever experienced I bought a car from them April 21 -2016 outlander there was a lien on the car they said they fulfilled I ask for a car fax they wouldn't give us the car fax then did give us a car fax with the wrong cars information they are very sneaky people. they try to take advantage of you in there make you feel stupid about asking for a car fax and undermining you about thing you know a lot of information about! the sales manager TOM is a crumb! long story short the lien on the car wasn't fulfilled until April 26th spoke with the bank that had the title the title was mailed to them the 26th of April also, the dealership now will not answer or take my phone calls! to give me any information about my title I an currently driving around illegally they gave me the answer of if I get a ticket they will pay it! I have 2 kids really!?!? any way left work early and called everyone I possible could consumer affairs, attorney general office, NJ DMV, PA DVM and a tag place finally I will be getting my tags Monday after driving the car illegally for 4 more days. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! IF YOU DO BEWARE OF EVERYTHING THEY HAND YOU MAKE SURE IT IF THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR THE CARRECT CAR!!!!!!!!!!! More
Shady dealership I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in March of 2017. We very CLEARLY stated to the finance manager that we wanted GAP insurance. My wife and I I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in March of 2017. We very CLEARLY stated to the finance manager that we wanted GAP insurance. My wife and I went through the entire story with him. I was unsure as to what exactly GAP insurance was and both my wife and the finance man explained to me what type of coverage it was. We BOTH very clearly stated that we wanted GAP insurance. After sitting in the car dealership for about 6 hours waiting to sign the documentation we were very tired and excited about purchasing a new vehicle. The finance man clearly stated to us both what a good decision we were making in adding the GAP insurance coverage to our purchase. Some how in the mix of signing all the paperwork he placed a denial on GAP insurance instead of an approval. I was in a car accident and now I am stuck with the remaining balance from this car purchase. We attempted to contact someone at the dealership for almost 2 weeks to discuss this situation. Our calls and messages were unanswered. My wife and I had to take time out of our schedules to go to the dealership just to speak to someone in regards to this situation. Once we arrived we were then pointed in another direction. We were given a number to call someone to release the paperwork that we were requesting. It took another 3 weeks just to get in touch with this person. He was extremely rude and disrespectful in this process as well. Both my wife and I feel taken advantage of and would never recommend anyone to ever go to this dealership. PLEASE make sure you pay attention to everything that is going on during your purchase of a vehicle. We would never agree to purchase a 20,000 vehicle without watching our own backs. And we feel hurt that in the entire process we were treated like just another number. We would love to take a lie detector test to prove we wanted GAP insurance and said that we did. More

BUNCH OF LIARS RUN RUN RUN talked to salesman on friday about a used subaru forester he checked said they had it. I could not get there to look at it friday. I told him i woul talked to salesman on friday about a used subaru forester he checked said they had it. I could not get there to look at it friday. I told him i would probably come up saturday to look at it. He told me to send him a text or call when i sure i was coming. I sent him a text at 8:15 saturday morning saying i was driving up soon to look at the subaru. He responded, said text him when i was headed that way. So i sent another text about a 1/4 of the way into my 1 and a half hour one way drive. He said ok. I thought they would have it waiting for me to test drive but NO. So we walked in talked to a salesman. the one i had been talking with was not there. So we go out back to look at the subaru, walked around for at least 20mins trying to find it. no luck. salesman asked ME what the stock number is, so i look it up on my phone and give him the number. so then he changed direction and started heading back to the office. We walked in he seated us at his desk and leaves. comes back after a few min later with another guy. new guy says they dont have now it was sold. new guy tries to push us in to buy another one they have with a much higher price. typical salesman tactics i think they knew they didnt have it from the beginning. So they went to get the higher priced subaru. After about 15mins of waiting for them to come back. We had enough and walked out no one even noticed we were leaving. I bet they were surprised when they finally came back and we were gone. More

Also went behind my back and financed one which I specifically said I was paying cash for. NOW THEY WON'T STOP CALLING ME! Morning noon and night, at least once a month. calling with "special offers". I have asked to be removed from the list over 10 times. Run, don't walk, away from this place!!!! More
