Worse experience ever My husband and I brought a car from the best car person who worked at the dealership about a year ago. It just too small for our family. So one day we My husband and I brought a car from the best car person who worked at the dealership about a year ago. It just too small for our family. So one day we decided after about of year of having it and on time payments we should trade it in. We went and requested the woman who sold us the car a year ago. They told us she no longer works there. So we had a different guy. He was very nice and we got into a car the same day. Only to call almost everyday to see when we could come on and sign final papers. They have us the run around. Then the perseon who sold of us the car had a baby. So we were now dealing with another guy. Still no papers to sign and it’s going on two weeks with the car. Finally after the 3 rd week they say come in to sign papers. We come in and they tell us. I don’t know how you and your husband got a loan before with y’all not having the same mailing address, but we have to change y’all address. So we did and had to wait until a new bank statement so my husband could bring in proof. It’s now a month with a temp tag and it’s expired at this point. I’ve gotten pulled over by the cops twice already. I have also called the dealership at this point asking what’s going on, because we now showed proof of residency and signed papers so what’s the wait now. A week went by, two weeks went by, then three weeks. Finally with constant calling and leaving messages. I finally talked to someone. Only for the sales guy to say. You have to call and do a final interview with the finance company. So I did that. Meanwhile my loan company for my old car never was paid so I’m now 72 days passed due on a car I didn’t have. So now it’s time for me to get a oil change and also an opportunity to ask what’s going on with my tags and registration. End result they took the car back and said that the loan they applied for has expired and they can’t apply for a new loan because I’m delinquent over 2 months on my car I traded in loan. I asked for my old car back and my down payment. I had to plea with my loan company so that I could push back my payments due to the dealership mess up. I also have to now wait to get another car because they destroyed my credit score with the constant inquiries and not paying off my other loan. Worse three months of my life. Don’t go there it’s not the same place I went to a year ago. More
