I purchased my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander before Christmas last year and I had a mini van at the time and decided to give the van free of charge to my sales lady because she didn't have a car. I pulled the manager of the branch aside and told him that I wanted to give it to her as a gift but it had a power steering issue and I asked him if as a pay it forward would they fix the problem on the van so it's safe for her. He readily agreed and commended me for doing such a kind deed. Well turns out months later they never fixed the van. So I called and asked for that manager and he got in the phone. I told him who I was and that I was so disappointed that they never did as they promised to do. He then became nasty with me basically calling me a liar saying he never agreed to that started yelling at me and then proceeded to hang up on me!!! I can not believe how rude and disrespectful he was. Especially when I bought a $13,000 car from them. It's like they lied to me just to get me to buy the car and now that I have it he's acting like there was no agreement. I know it wasn't in writing but wow! Just wow! I'm so angry. People are horrible. How can they sleep at night? More

They WILL LIE to get you in the door! They deceived me to get me into the dealership. I spoke to "Lucy" who claimed to be a "manager at cherry hill Mitsubishi", and she specifically told m They deceived me to get me into the dealership. I walked in to purchase the vehicle today and they were unwilling to repair the bumper covers which had the large dents. They 100% mislead me and went back on their word after we traveled over an hour to get to the dealership. You'd think you could trust someone who claims to be manager. I would not trust anything they say via on the phone or via text. More
