Bait and Switch. Bad place to buy car Terrible place that does the basic bait and switch! My wife and I wanted a Jaguar XF and the salesman Joe Quintieri explained that he had the same yea Terrible place that does the basic bait and switch! My wife and I wanted a Jaguar XF and the salesman Joe Quintieri explained that he had the same year XJ/L (a much more expensive model) coming in the following week at the same price. We emphasized that we only wanted to spend in the mid $40's and he said this one would be $45,000 or $46,000. So today right before we drove the hour to get there ready to buy with our car title in hand for our trade and checkbook for the balance, I called and asked for the exact price and he said it was $53,000! Of course I cancelled the purchase. Joe could only give a lame excuse that he didn't remember who told him the price last week. This is so typical. I had high hopes that they were different. Service Yesterday I called service to have a tire replaced and was given a time of 1 pm the following day. Unfortunately I needed to be on the road by that ti Yesterday I called service to have a tire replaced and was given a time of 1 pm the following day. Unfortunately I needed to be on the road by that time so I was going to postpone the repair. This turned out to be very inconvenient for me since I had off from work, which does not happen often. I called early in the morning to see if something had changed and spoke to Loraine Milosevic. She told me to come over and it would take 45 minutes. I explained that the day before I was told by a gentleman that it could not be done until 1 pm. She assured me it was fine. She was right on and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Thank you Loraine, it is great to have my car repaired and you were wonderful. More

Terrible Experience! DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR TO THEM!! Terrible experience! I sold my car to them and Joe Morin, the sales man, promised I would receive my check at the second day. I called Joe, but no one at the phone. I called the dealer and they transfer my call to their sales manager, the manager talked to me nicely at first. However, when he know I was selling my car rather than buy from them, the man's attitude changed at once. DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR TO THEM! More

Water Pump leak My 2011 XJL Jaguar had a minor water leak detected during a service visit in October 2014. I was unable to return to the dealership until today.(5/15/ My 2011 XJL Jaguar had a minor water leak detected during a service visit in October 2014. I was unable to return to the dealership until today.(5/15/15) The leak in this 4 year old car was fixed free of charge and Loraine Milosevic the Service Consultant was courteous, most helpful and very efficient.
