The Three Hour Way Into My First Jaguar I inquired over the website about the availability of a Jaguar F-Pace advertised. I received a reply from Martin less than 30 minutes later. When I arrived at the dealership Martin saw me get out of my vehicle and came outside to greet me. After listening to my needs and wants Martin offered me a test drive, during which he explained some of the vehicle features and answered all my questions. Back at the dealership Martin started to work on the options I had, a process during which I felt no pressure. At this time I was introduced to Jeff Feinberg who explained the financing vs. leasing for this vehicle in a very clear manner, which made it easier for me to decide. A little more than 3 hours after I arrived at the dealership I was handed the keys to a Jaguar F-Pace 35t Premium. Martin stayed with me after the dealership closed walking me thru all the settings in the vehicle before I started my 50+ miles drive home. Martin made it easy for me to switch from the 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, with under 4000 miles, which I loved, to my first Jaguar, a Jaguar F-Pace. It was a nice experience. Thanks! More
