Best car buying experience I have ever had! I'm 48 years old and a typical "blue collar" individual. I've been interested in a Jaguar F-Pace for about 8 months and In about 6 months I was going I'm 48 years old and a typical "blue collar" individual. I've been interested in a Jaguar F-Pace for about 8 months and In about 6 months I was going to pursue the possibility of getting into one. I spoke to LKim over email/internet a few times, and right before Christmas, unplanned, I decided to go look at them in person because you can only look at them on-line for so long. I was out back alone walking the inventory, and Martin Dawson stuck a non-threatening, casual conversation with me, knowing I was hesitant and just looking around. I discussed my goals and interests in an F-Pace in about 6 months, and I wound up taking one for a drive. I wanted to gauge how close I was to being able to afford one, so we ran the numbers, and low and behold, it was workable and I drove a F-Pace S home that night. What I'd like to say is I've bought 8 vehicles in my lifetime, and I have NEVER has such a non-threatening, easy, and enjoyable experience like I did at Cherry Hill Jaguar. In one way or another< I spoke to just about everyone there, and every single person there was cordial, nice, and didn't treat me lesser than "well off" clients; I'm not a wealthy person, and I was intimidated going up there, but Martin (and everyone) made me feel comfortable and was patient answering all of my questions. In all of my years and purchases of vehicles, I have never experienced such an easy and enjoyable experience. After the purchase, Martin made sure I was given a thorough orientation of the vehicle, followed up with me after a few days to see how things were going, and answered any questions I had, and whenever I go up there, the entire staff there is always nice and treats me like a "person". More

In the meantime,the general manager Frank Levine came out to meet us.He was understanding,professional and knew what he was talking about without the BS. While talking to him,I mentioned our last XJJaguar(which we also bought there) and how disappointed we were later that we traded it in for a new Cadillac. Frank then mentioned he just got a used XJ in beautiful condition if we wanted to take a look. One look and we knew this was the car.After a drive,we were sold. Jeff and Frank knew what we wanted to spend and without any hassaling back and forth,we had a deal. While doing some signing, the owner Jim Boyle, another down to earth professional guy took the time to come to meet us and just have a general conversation. From t.here we went to Jeff Feinberg for the final paperwork. He was quick,professional and easy going. Soon after, we were driving our XJSuper home. Great experience buying used car I completed the KBB instant offer online to trade in my 2007 Jeep wrangler. Kim, followed up with me promptly to purchase my car. Took me a couple I completed the KBB instant offer online to trade in my 2007 Jeep wrangler. Kim, followed up with me promptly to purchase my car. Took me a couple weeks but I finally stopped in the dealer to test ride a used Jeep on a Thursday night at 7 pm an hour before closing. Bob and Frank took care of me for the test ride and reviewed the pricing. They were both very straightforward and easy to deal with. No hidden charges or "shell games." Came back the following morning to purchase the Jeep but Bob was with a customer so I worked with Martin. He was great to work with also and was focused on the small details. For example, once the transaction was completed he made several calls to my auto insurance broker to make sure I left the dealer with my new auto insurance card so I was perfectly legal. Appreciate the extra follow up. Great experience at this dealer. Highly recommend it. If you looking for a new or used car, this dealer is certainly one I would check out. I'm sure I will be back. The limited preowned Jaguar inventory may have been a result of my end of year purchase and the elevated traffic of sales activity. Despite these observations I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. My extensive search for a high quality, certified pre-owned Jaguar lead me to Cherry Hill Jaguar on December 2nd, 2016. I arrive at approximately 5 PM and was greeted by kind and courteous staff in accordance with my scheduled time of arrival to test drive vehicles. Sales representative, Martin Dawson demonstrated expert knowledge, courtesy, professionalism and a thorough attention to detail. While I test drove a vehicle the vehicle I intended to trade-in was evaluated and appraised. The appraised trade-in value was respectful of the exceptional condition of the vehicle I was trading. Following the test drive and examining the financial considerations I decided to purchase a black 2013 Jaguar. Mr. Frank Levine (Director of pre-owned operations and E-commerce) approached, introduced himself and expressed his appreciation for me as a customer before he assisted with solidifying my purchase. I have purchased many vehicles from small, medium and large automotive dealerships but I have never had a single vehicle purchase completed so effortlessly. However after driving the vehicle for several days and further consideration I thought the vehicle didn't exactly meet my needs or expectations. I called Frank Levine and after explaining my reconsideration, Mr. Levine said (without a pause) that he would exchange the vehicle for the full value that I paid for it towards any vehicle of my choosing. This exceptional level of customer focus and additional assistance from Martin Dawson led me to the perfect Jaguar. Great Christmas Present…! Great Experience…! I came out out east here to New Jersey to visit my kids for the Christmas holidays with no intention of finding let alone buying the elusive Jaguar F- I came out out east here to New Jersey to visit my kids for the Christmas holidays with no intention of finding let alone buying the elusive Jaguar F-Pace… Not only did I find the car of my dreams - they had 18 F-Paces to choose from! - but the service and experience was friendly, responsive and all around excellent… I could not have asked for more.
